Weiss leaned against a tree her head down. She was using one hand to hold an open wound on her stomach closed attempting to stop the bleeding. As far as Weiss had known she was alone, at least now she was. She hated herself for believing the lie they told her. For not bringing a weapon with her when going into the forest alone. The heir sighed, the more she thought about it the more it bothered her she looked around occasionally for any trace of her attackers returning. The heir soon was starting to lose all hope, but a familiar voice in the distance started to change that.
"Weiss!" The voice called out for the heir. "Weiss where are you!" As it drew nearer, a small bit of hope started to come back to the Ice Queen.
The heir tried as hard as she could to be loud but the sharp pain her soft yelling gave her was becoming unbearable. Weiss looked down again scrambling for her scroll. Only to be greeted with the 'dead battery' symbol. Weiss started at the dead scroll for a long while before slamming it closed harshly. As the voice continued it seemed to sound closer and closer. But then... farther again. Ruby had been right by her, but soon walked away without even noticing the injured heiress. Weiss seemed to be at a loss for hope once again. If only she had been smart enough to realize the Fang's real
intentions.
