Ruby got to her feet slowly holding the heiress close to her bridle style. Weiss' breathing was infact still there but it was so weak that Ruby knew it would not last long. She scanned the area for anything that look familiar as there were three directions that seemed promising at this point. "Okay Ruby look for landmarks" Ruby was doing a good job at keeping herself calm. She knew she had to for Weiss' sake. And finally as if a miracle had happened Ruby found something. It was a tree, but thus wasn't just any tree it was a tree that for some reason called to the red huntress. It felt so right, with nothing to lose Ruby sprinted down the path that the special tree marked. She has been running faster then ever the red roses soaring behind her as she ran. "All I have to do is get out of these woods if I c-can do that Weiss will be okay." Ruby found herself repeating this to herself as she ran. Ruby hadn't even been thinking about herself at this point. The only thing in her mind. The only thing she would process is Weiss. "Weiss..Weiss..Weiss save Weiss"
Ruby almost burst into tears when she saw it, light, the exit! Weiss was going to be okay! She had made it. Ruby had made it out on her own and all there was left to do was get to the hospital. And that was the easy part.
