"I was just kidding!" Says Natsu. "Your face!"

(HAHAHA Did you think I was just going to end a story like that? It's okay! Nothing to worry about. Trust me, a happy ending is coming. Natsu was talking about all my viewer's faces too.  Especially the 2 people in particular who left certain comments...)

I swap him. "Aghh...I was kidding too." I try to make it sound believable but failed miserably. "Lucy, you really wanted to-" I cut him off. "Die." His face falls. "Because of me?" "Spot on."

"Hey, I'm so sorry about your mother." I mutter, wanting to hear what he'll say back. But he stays silent. "Sometimes people actually mean what they're trying to say." "Oh." I say back. Natsu wraps his arm around me. "The warm twig..." I mutter, remembering the night before. "What?" Natsu asks.

"Nothing." I say almost instantly.

I look up at him with my big chocolate orbs and he smiles.

"I'm going to leave now..." I say, trying make it sound awkward because it really is. I get up from the bed, and out of Natsu's grasp. It may have been when I walked down the grand marble stairs that over looked the grand ballroom that was between me and the door, or whenever I slammed the door for no reason and started pacing down the sidewalk aimlessly with such speed.

But i realize that even though Natsu Dragneel has been forgiven thousands of times for his abuse towards me and my body, he will never be fully forgiven for everything he has done. He will forever stay unforgiven for his actions, because I can't really just let this go can I?

My feet hit the sidewalk hard enough to hurt the ball of my foot every time I take a step. I'm sure if I had never been jabbed in the arm with a piece of glass or been shot in the forehead with a gun full of frozen shards 12 times, then it might have hurt to walk. I can't feel pain because I've choked it down so much over the past few years that it doesn't matter anymore.

During the night I hear a tap on my window and see Natsu peering in. I set my book down and try to open the window without waking my dad, which wouldn't be that good. I finally give up and walk outside in bare feet. The moonlight turns my hair to a pale yellow and his pure white teeth shimmer. "What do you want?" I whisper. I'm trying to get some sleep and it's kinda rude for someone to just barge in like that.

"Oh, I just wanted to say I'm sorry....again." He says nervously. "Lame excuse Dragneel." I say, bored. Then he grabs me by the arm and does the most unbelievable thing in the history of Natsu. Our lips meet and he delicately kisses me under the light of the moon. The crickets chirping, the silent wind going through my hair. I could not have imagined anything more perfect.

So I savor the moment.

The next morning I walk to school as happy as a toddler that has ice cream. I drift across the path. My scars are slowly starting to heal.

I get about 2 blocks from school and hear the shot. It came from Natsu's house. And it hits something, then fades. I automatically go to panic mode, ignoring the people peeking out of their windows to see what had happened. Natsu! The first thing that crosses my mind. I sprint across the roads, taking shortcuts to his house, then see Lisanna laying of the lawn, her body swimming in red. I kneel beside her, wondering what had happened.

"Lisanna! Are you okay?" I ask, then look down to see a gun in her hands. I stare at her in horror as she puts the gun in my hands. "Die in Hell bitch. I hope to see you soon." She gives me a grin, then her head tilts to her left, eyes wide open. Just as Natsu and his father come out. Blood is on my skirt, my shirt, my hands. And I hold a gun while staring at a corpse in-front of me.

"I've been framed." Is all I can mutter to myself as the police harshly throw me in the car.
