Two weeks after the break up, Hannah was convincing herself that they really were in love. That maybe it was all a lie and she hasn't been cheated on by the woman that made her world.
Why would she lie about being a cheat? She doesn't know the answer to that question yet.
She didn't tell anyone about the break up because she thought that if she said it out loud then she would process it. And Hannah really did not want to process.
