Chapter 14: Sensual Confession

Cam's POV

I was staring at the white ceiling while thinking about my past life. Those time when I was living like a normal people always do. I miss my family, friends, co doctors and patients too. I terribly miss them. I even miss the smell of the hospital. Namimiss ko yung mga dati kong ginagawa. I sighed deeply. Maybe I could ask Quinn if I could visit the hospital.

I also miss my mom. Dahil sa mga pangyayari ngayon sa buhay ko, nakalimutan ko siyang tawagan. Even emailing her, ay hindi ko nagawa. I know she's been worried about me right now. Almost a month ko na siyang hindi nakokontak.

My mom moved out of the country a week after my father's burial. She said mas lalong malulungkot lang daw siya dito dahil maaalala niya lang ang daddy. My dad died because of heart attack. It was so sudden that my mom can't accept it. He loves my daddy so much. Naalala ko nga kung gaano kasweet ang mga ito nung nabubuhay pa ang daddy. Even me, hindi ko lubusang matanggap na wala na si daddy cos I have always been a daddy's girl kaya mahirap para samin ni mommy na tanggapin na wala na siya. But we have to move on. That is why she decided to stay outside the country for good, kasama ng mga relatives namin dun. She even convinced me to come with her but I just can't leave the country, especially that my life is here. Dito kasi ang tahanan ko at mom knows it very well and she understands me. Malimit din akong bumisita sa kanya dun.

I should send my mom an email nalang to her later para di na yon mag-alala. Isa pa, I need to warn her about Greg. Just in case na pati siya idamay nito. Talagang hindi ko talaga mapapatawad ang hayop na yun kung ganun.

I was in a deep thought when the door swung open and a god from Olympus walked in. He smiled and went through me.

"Hey wife." He greeted and peck a kiss on my lips.

"Hey too husband." Ganting bati ko sa kanya. He just smiled and tried to pull off his tie but I saw how he struggled upon loosening his tie. I giggled and stood up, helping him pulling it off.

"Malaking mama na hindi marunong magtanggal ng tie." I teased. He grabbed my waist and pulled me into a tight hug.

"How's your day wife?" He asked while burrying his face in the crooked of my neck, sniffing and slightly biting it leaving marks on there. I gasped and slightly pushed him but he just chuckled. He sat on the mattress and pulled me with him. He let me sit on his lap, astriding him. He again burried his face on my neck.

"It's fine. Ahm Quinn?" I called him out while playing his hair.

"Hmm?"

"Can I go to St. Jude Hospital? I just wanted to pay visit you know. I miss them so much." I asked, still playing with his hair. It took him seconds before answering me. He stopped doing his business on my neck and stared at me.

"When will you want to go?"

"Can I go tomorrow?" I hopefully asked. He thought of it for awhile.

"Only if you want me to go with you." He said and flashed his signature smile, displaying his perfect set of white teeth.

"Talaga? You'll go with me?" Gulat kong tanong. I know he's a very busy person pero he still wants to go with me. My heart melts.

"Yes. Mahirap na. Greg might show up. Ayokong mapahamak ang asawa ko." He said, still smiling. May munting kamay na humaplos sa puso ko. Gosh, this is why I keep falling for this man. He cares for me.
