Hey hey hey! This is Skye back for another update! I'm so sorry that I haven't been consistent with this book. But now that I've gotten back inspiration I think it's safe to say that I'm gonna continue with this book. My brain had too many things going on. Now that my mind is clear and set, I can actually write again. I realize how rough this book started out with all the typos and mistakes but I promise it will get better. I've refined my writing a little bit so I hope it's a little better. Thank you my readers for supporting such a rough book. Thank you for being an inspiration for my writing and for your support. I hope you all enjoy this new update. Until next time, this is Skye signing off.

Dagur watched as Skye treated all the dragons who needed treatment. She was organized in the fashion that she treated them. The strike class especially needed to be handled with extreme caution and prejudice. She seemed kind whenever she was with the creatures.

"Why is she so kind to the bloody creatures?" Dagur whispered to himself

"Why is she so kind to the bloody creatures?" Dagur whispered to himself.

Dagur knew Skye hated him because of the way she treated him. She was docile with the creatures. She almost seemed like a different person. Of course Dagur was aware that he had kidnapped her instead of Fishlegs. He never really did like Fishlegs.. he picked the female hoping it would be Astrid. Instead, he met her. However the feeling was almost mutual between Skye and Dagur. At times she would drive him crazy with her rebellious nature. Dagur would do the same when he tried his advances at her. Dagur simply muttered words as he got back to work and scrubbed the dragon pins. She was proving to be the distraction he needed. Heather watched, her gaze lingering towards Skye and then to Dagur as Dagur left a lingering stare at her direction.

"Pay attention." Heather pulled Dagur's ear slightly.

"Ow! Heather! What is your problem?" Dagur said standing up before saying, "I am your-"

"I know. You're my brother and I know when you're distracted."

"I'm your leader! You don't pull my ear like a mother disciplining their disastrous children!?" Dagur finished before clearing his throat.

Heather gestured to Skye before returning her gaze at him, "I wasn't born yesterday. I can see what's going on."

"Hush Heather. She's a mere slave. "

Fortunately, those words never reached Skye's ears as she was occupied on much more technical matters.

"Dear brother, I am not stupid. Do you actually like that she is here?" Heather said raising a brow.

"She's beneficial on behalf of making us stronger. That's all. Although she doesn't look half bad.." Dagur snickered as he looked at Heather wide eyed.

"You're so easy to read." Heather pointed out only frustrating Dagur further.

"I am not Heather!" Dagur said raising his voice.
