Adriana.
"Mason!" I called as I rushed down the school's hallway causing Mason to look at me, cringing slightly from my yelling as the idiot probably had a hangover from last night. "You won't believe what happened last night."
I bit my lip to keep my bright smile at bay as I reached Mason after a few angry looks were thrown my way. "What happened?" Liam suddenly spoke from behind me, causing me to jump slightly as he walked around me and stood by Mason's side, crossing his arms over my chest.
"I'm telling Mason first." I told Liam and he rolled his eyes. I reached forward and pulled on Mason's arm, pulling him to my locker at the other side of the hallway. "You lied to me." I narrowed my eyes at Mason.
"What?" He defended, pulling his sunglasses from his face, cringing slightly at the bright light that bled into his vision. "When did I lie to you? I swear I've never lied."
"You told me that Brett was gay."
"I did. He is." Mason muttered to himself, gnawing on his bottom lip for a few seconds, looking at the floor. "I don't understand.." He whispered, looking up and I smiled brightly at him and a look of realisation suddenly crossed his face. "Oh my God!" He exclaimed loudly. "You didn't!" He lowered his voice slightly after getting a few weird looks.
"Didn't what?" Liam appeared out of nowhere for the second time.
Mason looked to me and I shrugged. "She totally hooked up with Brett last night!" Mason exclaimed and Liam looked to me sharply, probably giving himself whiplash.
"I did not!" I shot back at Mason, avoiding Liam's intense stare. "I kissed him.. twice." I muttered the last part but both of the boys seemed to hear it. Their reactions were extremely different. Mason cheered slightly, seemingly forgetting all his feelings for the boy he had yesterday, happy for me.
Liam however..
"You did what?" He growled. Yes, growled. "You're kidding me right? Adriana you're joking.." He muttered as he took a step closer to me, pushing straight up against me, causing me to take a step back, hitting my back against the cool locker.
"No, i'm not." I spoke, searching Liam's eyes seeing lots of emotions, none of which resembled anything along the lines of happiness. "What's the problem, Liam?" I snapped at him as he placed his hands at the side of my head, leaning in so his nose was inches from mine.
"The problem is.." He paused for a second, glancing at the locker behind me before looking back at me. "I told you he was an asshole. I told you to stay away from him, Adriana." He spoke with a warning tone.
"You're not my father, Liam! You can't decide who I can and can't see." I replied, snapping slightly as I glared at him, keeping the intense stare-off.
"Alriiiiight guys.." Mason spoke with a joking tone and laughed fakely as he gripped onto Liam's arm, pulling it down from the locker which caused an awful screeching noise. "What the hell is going on with you two?" Mason spoke with a low tone as Liam and I continued to glare at each other.
"Ask him." I replied with a snarl before pushing Liam's other hand away from me and storming down the hall towards my first class - Maths. Good, I didn't have to see him.
What the hell was his problem?! He can't control who I kiss and who I don't kiss!
