3rd Person.
Liam's heart raced as he ran through the forest, dodging trees swiftly, nearly hitting his head on a few stuck of branches. He glanced behind himself quickly before jumping over a fallen log and continuing to run.
He noticed a blue running just to the side of him and quickly ducked, digging his claws into the ground below him as he stopped himself as fast as he could before straightening up and running in the opposite direction.
He almost knocked straight into a tree as he did this but narrowly avoided it, breathing heavily as he tried to lose the blur. He heard the leaves crunching beneath his feet and his heavy breathing as he looked around, attempting to sight out an opening.
Before he could do anything else he was knocked over by something slamming into his side. He bared his teeth and claws, instantly going into defense mode as he growled loudly, attempting to claw the person before they pinned his hands down and he let out another growl as the person sat on his stomach, keeping him pinned to the floor.
"Not bad." Scott spoke from above him and Liam let out an annoyed grunt.
Liam had been attempting to control his inner wolf for a good four days now and he was going nowhere with his training from Scott. Liam's mind drifted to Adriana and Scott watched as his claws and fangs disappeared and Liam's natural blue eyes returned.
Liam hated the fact that Adriana was his anchor and Scott knew this.
Liam didn't want to involve Adriana with the supernatural and quite frankly, neither did Scott. It wasn't so much that Liam loved Adriana or even cared for her more than he did for anyone else - it was simply reliant on the fact that she had calmed him down from one of his I.E.D panic attacks that he rarely gets but they usually end very badly.
"Shut up, I sucked." Liam closed his eyes and lowered his head back, resting it on the dirt and leaves below him as he let out a long sigh, letting himself calm his breathing down which didn't take long as his inner wolf was helping out.
Scott took this time to climb off of Liam and hold his hand out for him before helping the younger boy up to his feet. "I never asked - how did you explain the whole thing to Adriana?" Scott asked his beta as they began to walk back to Stiles' house where Stiles would try to help Liam with his I.E.D panic attacks as he sometimes had some of his own.
"Ugh, it was awkward to say the least." Liam rolled his eyes, silently reliving the memory of him stuttering and blubbering as he tried to explain the situation to Adriana. "I told her that I thought you and Stiles were crazy and that you took steroids."
Scott rolled his eyes at Liam's words but kept silent, knowing it must have been difficult to explain to her so that was probably something Scott would have said too. Liam knew his explanation sucked but Adriana seemed to believe it as she had heard rumors of Scott taking steroids around the school.
A few more minutes of small talk and awkward silence had the two werewolves back outside of the human of the McCall Pack's house. Scott lead the way as the boys walked to the front door, stepping inside.
Liam turned to the door, closing it behind himself and turned around, about to speak to Stiles about being ready to 'learn some new useless stuff' as Liam thought. He cut himself off as he noticed both Stiles and Adriana were sat on the couch, a bunch of books and jotters stacked out in front of them.
Stiles was currently pointing to one of the books, running his finger under a line as he spoke, explaining whatever it was about to Adriana. She sat close beside him, her eyes watching his fingers and flicking to his face when he spoke as she held a cup of tea in her hands.
