I ran into the room and there was no sign of her.
"No!" Sue cried out loud.
I opened the bathroom door and she wasn't here.
She knew that we were coming to her, so she left.
In the background I heard Sue crying and then Eve telling her that she was going to be okay.
I let it out. I turned to her and said. "How can you say that?"
They looked at me.
"How can you just sit there and say 'oh Drusilla is going to be okay?'"
"I know my best friend, Jackson," she told me
I fake a laughed. "Friend? You aren't her friend. You don't care for her at all-"
Tears fell down her eyes. "Don't you say that! I do care-"
"Oh you do?"
She nodded.
"Then why didn't you call us that quick, huh?" I asked her.
"I was hurt. How many times do I have to tell you-"
"Or did you do this to yourself?"
She stood there.
"That is enough!" Sue step in. "Why are you doing this, Jackson?"
I raised an eyebrow. "Me? Do you really think your daughter would do this to her own friend?"
Sue thought for a minute and looked at Eve. "I really don't know what to believe."
I came up to her. "Sue, this isn't Drusilla's fault, this is all my fault. Drusilla wanted someone to be there for her and love her very much but I didn't give her that. I ignored her, so if you want to be angry at someone, let it be me. If I treated her like a real boyfriend should, she wouldn't be like this. Sue, I love her and I'm blaming myself for this." And with that, tears fell down my eyes. "Be on my side."
"Oh my gosh, you are pathetic!" Eve yelled at me. "How can you say this is your fault when it's clearly isn't. Sue, I've been friends longer than this guy, so be on my side."
"If you were her true best friend, why was you up in her skin, telling her she's making the wrong decision."
"Because she was choosing the wrong decision! She was picking this Spike guy over you-"
"And I don't blame her because I would've too. What I did to her, he made her realized that I wasn't good enough and now I realized what I did was wrong. So, if you excuse me, I'm going to find Drusilla and tell her how truly sorry I am." I walked out and I turned to Sue. "And Sue, I hope that you choose my side." I ran off.
I got far away from them and kept looking around.
Sue would've been really stupid if she chosen Eve's side and I would've been really angry about that.
I was really angry at myself and I wanted to kill myself right now. How could I live like this, I thought.
I wanted to tell Drusilla how truly sorry I was and that this was my fault. I should've been there for her more and let her know that I was still that guy but it was too late.
I pushed her away because I was keeping up with Spike and I wished that I didn't do that.
Gosh, I hated myself.
I looked around and notice two couples were walking. I ran up to them and said. "Have y'all see a girl with black hair, she's pale and really beautiful. She also has a suitcase."
They looked at each other and then nodded no.
I sighed.
Where could she be? I asked myself.
I closed my eyes and let it all silence. I had this little power where when someone I can't find, I could close my eyes and think of that person and it would tell me where they are.
Come on, I said to myself.
A train. people walking and talking.
I opened my eyes and I knew where she at. She was getting on a train. I used my speed to go to where she was.
I had to get to her before she left, I didn't wont her to leave and let her think it was hard to trust people and be against her. I wanted to tell her that I was sorry and that I was on her side. I wanted to tell her who I was really but I couldn't find the way to tell her.
I heard a train.
"No!" I ran faster and for I knew it I was here. I looked around. "Drusilla!" I ran through crowd to crowd. "Drusilla!"
People looked but I didn't care at all. I wanted to find her and take her home where she belongs. "Drusilla!" And with that, I had found her. She was giving her ticket to the worker. I ran to her. "Drusilla!"
She looked and couldn't believe her eyes.
"Hurry up!" She told the guy. He had her ticket and he hand it to her. "Thank you." She walked up the stairs, but I grab her hand.
She turned to me. "Let me go!"
"No! I'm not going to let you do this."
"I don't care. I need to leave!" She cried out loud. She try to yank back.
Tears fell down my eyes. "I love you."
She lightly looked at me. "What?"
"I love you, Drusilla. I'm sorry for how I treated you and I am an idiot for that. I believe what you said."
She didn't say anything.
"Come home. Your mom is worried and she misses you. I miss you and well, Eve doesn't." I cried. "She doesn't care for you at all and I know why-"
Tears fell down her eyes. "She likes you."
"She does but I don't like her. I love a girl name Drusilla. She's the love of my life and I would never leave her for noone else."
She step in front of me. "I'm sorry too. It's just that this Spike guy was saying that he knew what I wanted in life and it just made me realize that he was right, Jackson."
"I treated you wrong and I'm sorry. I'll make it up to you." I took both of her hands. "Drusilla, I'll be there for you 24/7. I'll give you kisses everytime, I'll have fun with you, I'll go to a party with you and I'll wrap my hands around you and tell you how much I love you. Drusilla, I love you."
Tears fell down her eyes.
"Ms." The worker said.
We looked at him.
"You boarding?" He asked.
Drusilla looked at me and back at the guy. "No."
"You're coming back home?" I asked.
She nodded. "Yeah."
I smiled and had wrap my hands around her, giving her a big hug. "Let's go."
We walked off.
