RWBY: HERO (Volume 1-3)

Chapter 22 (End of Volume 2)

Professor Port and Team HERO finally gets off of the helicopter and Henry walks in a fast pace.

"Hey! What's wrong?" asks Olive.

"Yeah. You were mad since we step in foot of the helicopter." says Ebony.

Henry ignores and fasten his pace.

"Where are you going?"

Henry still didn't answer. Olive and Ebony stops.

"I go stay with him."

"Not this time. We're coming."

Roger grabs both of Ebony and Olive's arms and walked.

In professor Ozpin's office, he sits and drinks his coffee. He hears his buzzer.

"Come in."

Henry comes in with fury in his eyes as his team members try to pull him back. He escapes and walks up to him.

"What kind of a person-"

As Henry tries to jump over the desk to tackle professor Ozpin, the team clings on to him and pills him back.

"Henry!"

"What kind of a person are you to want to know about our family's disappearance?! Mind your own business!"

Ozpin doesn't say a word.

"I'm so sorry, professor Ozpin. He's just a bit tempered today." says Olive.

"I can see."

"This isn't your problem. It's ours! So keep your nose out of our family tree so you can use it and try to own it!"

"The heck are you talking about?!" yells Roger.

"Stop acting so rude! It's not a big deal!" yells Ebony.

"No. It is."

They all stop and look at Ozpin in surprise.

"I was just doing some research on them. Just to make sure if my bias was correct."

"What's this book about then?" asks Roger.

"It's a memo of one of the Davidson family members. I was wondering if you noticed."

"Of course I did. It's our family. Why wouldn't I?"

"Then that's all I needed to hear. Have you read all the others?"

"Others? They're more of these stuff?" asks Olive.

"Yes. And I am counting on you two to find out what happened to your family and why."

"Wait. The Davidson family is still alive? And it's them?!" asks Ebony surprised.

"That explains the flashback of their mom." says Roger.

"Well. I'm surprised you founded out about them first."

"Well tell me this. What do you want from us?" asks Henry with a little frustrated tone.

As Professor Ozpin was about to speak, they hear a siren going off.

"What's going on?!"

They went to the window and see smoke coming from far away.

"Hey. Isn't where team RWBY is at right now?"

"They might be in trouble." says Roger.

"What?!"

Henry's expression drops to worry and scared. He walks quickly to the elevator.

"Wait! What about-"

"Forget it. We'll talk later. Right now, we need to help team RWBY out. Come on!"

The team nods and runs with him to the elevator. As the elevator closes. Henry looks at professor Ozpin one last time and the door finally closes.

Ruby's POV

After the battle of the grumms was finally over, I tried to find team HERO. I smiled as I see Henry putting up his electro whip as he catches his breath from the fighting. He looks my way and gasps.

"Ruby!"

He ran up to me. Was he worried about me?

"Thank goodness your ok. Are you alright?"

"I'm feel better. Now that you're here."

Henry smiles. I want him to smile all day, because it brightens up my day.

"That was some nice moves you had out there."

"Yours too."

"Nah. I think your skills are like a true huntres. I might have to take some lessons from you."

I smiled as I feel heat in my cheeks. He always know the right words to say to me. I'm glad that I'm his friend.

"Everyone! The ships have arrived. Please enter them immediately!"

"I see you later then."

"Yeah."

We both walked back to our team and fly back to Beacon. And talked for a while until it was time to go to bed. The only things that were in my head were him. What Yang said back then made me realize if liking him back was a good thing, but I still wasn't sure. I sighed and went inside my covers and fell into a peaceful slumber.
