Hello friends! Welcome to the dark side.
So yea, this is my 2nd tattoo!! Been about a year since my last one, but that first one did not hurt this bad. The placement and shading were the most painful parts, but it really wasn't too bad.
A lot more than the five minute tattoo I got last time, ha
But I love it!! It also has a great back story that I'd like to share with you guys and gals :)
So! Y'all might or might not know that I'm a geek that likes anime, fandoms, and a lot of things considered in nerdom. Well, once a month there's a small comic book convention in my town. Usually, there is a special guest of sorts from movies/television/wrestling/exetera
My favorite moment came from the day one of the actors that portrayed Darth Vader was there.
That man is so tall and very nice for a dark lord of the empire ((like, that particular convention we kept coming back and leaving and each time I'd talk to him and it was just so awesome. I even had an iPod case with DarthVader on it that I had him sign & he was tripping out like "??? You want me to sign this??? Are you sure???))
The BEST moment was when I first met him, being all shakey and nervous as I was because this was when I was first really trying to push through my social anxiety, and he said hi and stuck out his hand saying 'calm down'
I shook his hand and he said, "You are now an official member of the dark side."
I WANTED TO LOOSE MY SHIT but I just kinda nerded out like "wooooaaahh cooooollll"
A few years later, and I got this bad boy as a constant reminder of the experience that really pulled me further into the nerd culture that now I cannot escape from cuz I'm in too deep.
I'M JUST STOKED AND I WANTED TO SHARE BUT NONE OF MY IRL FRIENDS KNOW I HAVE TATTOOS HEYO well, a select few know if my first one but none know of this one... Ssshhh
