(Y/N's POV)
"But... Why?" I ask, even though I have an idea for the answer.
"Because if.. If he sees it, there's no way to defeat him," Tad says, letting go of my hand.
I roll my eyes, and slouch down in the chair I was sitting in. Honestly, I don't want to "defeat" Bill. I would much rather take away his power, or just give him a human body, or something of the sort. I don't see the point of defeating him. Including that, hasn't he been on the earth since the beginning of time or something?
"How'd you know that?" Tad questions, leaning into my face. I snap out of my trance and tilt my head to the side.
"What?"
Tad sighs and moves away to rub his face. "I'm talking about how you knew Bills been around since the beginning of time. How did you know that?"
I pause. How did I know that?
"I.. I don't know.. I just thought about it and it was true..?" I answer.
"Impossible. There's no way that you could have known how long he's been on earth without him telling you," Tad growls.
I roll my eyes. "He hasn't told me anything. He never does anymore.."
Tad sighs and walks away. "I didn't ask."
I shrug my shoulders and grab the book in front of me. I slid one of my fingernails down into the book and flipped it open to a random page.
It was blank?
"How weird.." I thought to myself.
Tad grabs the book out of my hands, making me jump. He snaps his fingers and hands the book back to me.
"There, that should work," Tad mumbled.
I quickly look through the book again, until I find a whole two pages filled with random words. Latin, maybe?
"No, idiot, it's something you have to decipher!" Tad screamed at me.
I shuddered at the noise. "I'm right next to you! You don't have to shout!"
I stood up to face Tad, standing in his face, as he was in mine. Both of us were scowling at each other, acting like little kids.
The sound of laughter broke up our death glares.
"Oh darling, I didn't realize you had a thing with my brother!" A deep voice scratched, filling my ears.
I froze and looked away, to see Bill sitting in the chair I was just sitting in, sipping on his drink. It looked like a margarita.
Bill sipped from his drink and gave me a devilish smirk. "You know darling," Bill started, then rising up to float next to me. "I wouldn't be too happy if you had a fling with my brother,"
I scoffed. "As if!" I crossed my arms. "He could rot in hell and I wouldn't think twice about it!"
Tad rolled his eyes. "I'm already in hell, (Y/N)."
I felt my eyes flame as I launched for Tad. "You asshole!"
Tad just chuckled as he fought my arms, but then instantly had a serious look on his face. I kept trying to hit him in anyway possible, but he kept blocking me, or just fighting against my arms. When I had finally gotten a hit on him, I felt like I was being lifted off of the ground, letting out a squeak of terror in the process.
Bill sat me down in his lap. "Princess, you don't need to fight him to get what you want," Bill smiled, poking my nose. "I can just get rid of him for you,"
I moved my head sideways, looking away from Bill. "You're disgusting," I sigh and look back at Bill. "Why are you like this?" I placed my hands on Bills shoulders. "You don't have to be like this."
Bill took a long sip of his drink, then started to laugh. "(Y/N)! Do you know who I am? I'm the demon of chaos! Destruction! Pain! I can't change how I am, darling."
I look back at Tad, who was now standing up and rubbing his cheek. It started to swell up and turn a dark blue color. Actually, now that I look at his face, the worse I felt. I shouldn't have just jumped at him in anger, I should have said some snide remark back.
Tad interrupted the silence. "(Y/N) you would have jumped at me either way and besides, you're dating a chaos demon. I don't think leaving a nasty bruise on my face is worse than what you two do,"
I jumped out of Bill's lap too quickly for him to react. "We are NOT dating!" I shouted, stomping my foot down and crossing my arms.
Tad cringed. "Whatever, also, stop acting like a little girl who doesn't get what she wants,"
Bill snorted. "Sure she does, she gets what she wants all the time,"
I look back at Bill offended. "That's not true!"
Bill and Tad both laughed. "Sure it is." They said in unison.
I exhale and rub my face. It's going to get annoying, real fast. Scratch that, it's already annoying.
"You know it, darling."
-time skip for about five minutes-
Silence. Absolute Silence. After a little, I sat down on the floor and crossed my arms. Tad, sat down on the couch that was across from the chair Bill was sitting in and after that, we all didn't talk and kept looking at each other.
I got bored and started to draw random things on the floor, using the dust on the floor to help me draw. It was hard to be in a room with two annoying demons.
"I heard that!" Tad whined.
Bill rolled his eyes. "You can't hear what she thinks, smartass."
Tad stood up, then Bill did.
"Guys, don't fight-"
"Be quiet (Y/N)!" Bill interrupted you, teleporting in front of Tad.
"You want to fight me?" Tad challenged.
And that's all Bill needed to hear before they started throwing punches at each other. I stood up and kept telling them to stop, but they just seemed to ignore me.
I soon had enough of trying to break them up, so I went in between them and pushed Bill back into the table.
"I told you both to stop!" I yelled at them, as soon as Bill fell onto the table, and breaking it into pieces.
Bill rubbed his head and looked to the side, and groaned. I faced Bill and quickly widened my eyes.
"What's this?" Bill mimicked, looking at me and Tad, grinning like a madman.
i hoped you enjoyed this chapter! ;)
