In the last chapter...

"I told you both to stop!" I yelled at them, as soon as Bill fell onto the table, and breaking it into pieces.

Bill rubbed his head and looked to the side, and groaned. I faced Bill and quickly widened my eyes.

"What's this?" Bill mimicked, looking at me and Tad, grinning like a madman.

I looked at Tad with fear in my eyes. How could I have possibly forgotten about it? I wanted to slap myself for being so stupid.

"Oh, so this book has some importance to you, darling?" Bill said in a way that made chills run down my spine.

I turned away from Bill. "N-No! It's just u-uh..."

Bill teleported next to me, holding the book in his right hand and looking down at me. I was beyond petrified. I couldn't open my mouth. I wasn't scared of him, I learned to get over being scared of him fast. What I was worried about, was what he was going to do with that book. I know he knows what that book is. I'm sure he's been looking for it. I don't think that book that Stanford has bothers him anymore. I think that he was actually looking for a different book and he thought Stanford had this book.

But just, how could I have stupid to forget that the book was just laying on the table? Even Tad told me that Bill shouldn't come into possession of that... thing

"Darling, you don't know what kind of trouble you're in now," Bill laughed.

"Look, Bill," I growl, grabbing his wrist. "You hand that book over right now," Bill's eyes widened.  "Or there's gonna be some consequences."

"Oh Darling," Bill sighed. "I'm so scared!"

My face turned red. I was angry. Not just at Bill, but Tad. I think he knew Bill would be coming here. "You should be," I warned.

Before Bill spoke again, I looked around for Tad.

He wasn't in the room.

"Looks like Tad can't help you this time, princess."

I look back at Bill and I get even madder than I already am. I grip his wrist even tighter and he just smiles.

"You..." I get out.

Bill laughed and snapped his fingers.

Then poof.

My chance of stopping Bill was over.

The book was gone.
