Telling your friends you have scoliosis and a scoliosis brace. Hard.
Step 1- Being it up in a friendly conversation. Don't bring out of nowhere though.
Step 2- Do it in a fun way.
The way I did it was by, well, I forgot. Oops. Although I tell people I have scoliosis by telling then to punch my stomach. The reaction is priceless. I have a friend that, oops I mean friends, almost all of them, that always punch me and one friend likes to feel me breath through my rib hole because she says it feels like a baby breathing.
Anyway, the point is to tell them when you are ready. Don't do it because you feel obligated to. Take your time. And, if you don't want to, don't tell them at all. Do you what you want to do.
Bye
PS picture is of me in brace. Gonna change later for party.
Bye
