I silently watched as Rayne snuggled up to Tao. All I could think was why Tao? Why him and not me? Why did it feel like my heart was breaking? I angrily walked away from where I was hiding before I punched a tree and hid in room six. I knew it was a room where only Exo members were bunked. I could hide there without anyone but Exo finding me. I threw myself on one of the beds. From the odd way it smelled, I guessed it was Lay's. He always smelled like medical stuff. I guess it was due to the fact he wanted to be a doctor or something of the sort. I laid an arm over my face as I tried to sort out my feelings. How was it possible that I felt like this when I didn't even really know her? I didn't even get up when I heard the room door open, I figured it was one of Exo.

"Have you seen Niel?" I heard someone almost demand of me.

This made me sit up as I didn't know this voice. I looked at the owner of it. "Who?"

"Niel."

"Not him. You."

"Oh, I'm CAP. Teen Top's leader."

"Kris."

"You're part of Exo, right?"

I nodded. "Yeah. What about it?"

"Nothing. Just there's a lot of you guys."

"Yeah so?"

"Oh nevermind. Have you seen Niel? He ran off again."

"Um, describe him." Runoff again? Geez, they couldn't even keep track of six while Exo sometimes kept track of twelve. Sad? Most surely.

"People usually say shoulder-length brownish hair and full lips."

The boy from the beach flashed in my mind. Had that been Niel? "So what if I have?"

"I need to know. Even L.Joe can't find him."

"L.Joe?"

"Another Teen Top member that is seriously protective of Niel. Now, have you seen him?"

At this point, I was going to be brutely honest. "Last time I saw him was on the beach about an hour or so ago. That was when he made Rayne cry. I punched him for it and walked off."

CAP's face fell. "You punched him?"

This made me mad. "Due to the fact that he made Rayne cry. And I would do it again if he ever makes her cry again."

"You have to understand that Niel is still trying to work through a big shock. He isn't himself right now."

I pushed passed him and left. I wasn't in the mood to hear any more of this. If the rest of the trip was going to be like this, I had to get out of the place. I was told this would be relaxing, but this was far from it. I was just exploring a little, trying to work my anger off when I bumped into Rayne.

"Oh hey Rayne," I said.

She didn't turn or even acknowledge that she heard me. Ugh.

"Rayne," I repeated a little louder.

This time she turned around. "You think I'm Rayne?"

I pointed at her hands. "You do have the panda toy."

"Oh, this? Yes, it's Rayne's, but I'm not Rayne. I'm her twin, Lynn."

Twins? This was going to complicate things. I would have to pay more attention to see which twin was who.

"If you're Lynn, why do you have Rayne's panda?"

She looked down at it. "I'm trying to find her so I can give it back to her."

"I thought she didn't go anywhere without it."

"Yeah same here. But I was on a trail just a bit ago and I found it half-buried in the ground."

"Half buried in the ground?" This raised a flag.

Lynn nodded. "So I'm trying to find her cuz she's probably worried about it."

Or she let Niel's words get to her a little too much. I was going to have a serious talk with that kid real soon. "Well if I see her I'll tell her you have her panda."

Lynn gave me yet another nod and walked off. Rayne had somehow vanished from what it sounded like. I guessed she was probably with Tao until I saw him go by me. ALONE. I stopped him.

"Where's Rayne?" I asked.

"I thought she was in her room. She told me she wanted to freshen up before the bonfire."

If Rayne wasn't with her group or Tao, where was she?

Rayne (Midnight)

I slowly walked along the beach. I stared out at the darkening water. It somewhat calmed the building storm inside me. I sat down on a rock and thought back to what had happened earlier that day. Being told that I shouldn't have my panda and that it was a child's toy. That part had made me cry. It was the one piece of my mom I had left to cling to. After I ran from the beach and was crying while hiding by the rooms, Aaron had found me. He held me tightly while I cried. It got to a point that I didn't even know why I was crying. I was able to stop crying long enough to tell him what had happened.

I didn't know who the boy was, but I think Aaron did from the look on his face. Then Tao had appeared. Aaron was hesitant to let Tao help me, but I was sure of it. Though I wasn't sure why I had jumped over to him from Aaron. I guess it just felt right to me. I snapped back to the present and looked around me. I could make out a figure walking towards me. I watched as whoever it was drew nearer and nearer. When I saw it was the guy from the beach earlier I wanted to run and got ready to do so.

"Hey, don't run. Please don't run," he basically begged me.

Something in his voice told to stay. "What?"

He looked at his feet, as he couldn't look at me directly. "I'm sorry for what I said earlier. I acted rashly."

Wait, he was apologizing? This I hadn't expected. "Why did you do it in the first place? Did you even think?" Crap I was getting mad.

"No I didn't think about it. I haven't been thinking about anything lately," he admitted openly.

Not thinking lately. Ha. That fits him well. "So if you haven't been thinking why apologize?"

He seemed to summon up his courage and sat down next to me. For a moment, I wanted to run, but my body wouldn't move.

"After we had that incident happen, a different one happened. And I didn't know that panda meant so much to you. If I had known what I know now I wouldn't have said all that. It was quite rude of me."

"Even if you apologize like this, the past can't be changed."

I snuck a glance at him, but I probably shouldn't have. That was the same moment he chose to look at me so our gazes met. We just stared at each other for a second. It was then that I noticed a sadness deeper in his eyes. Something untold and it struck a chord in me.
