I could really only sit there and glance up at him once in a while, I hadn't gathered enough courage to actually talked to. And by him, I mean Chanyeol. The curly-haired god of Exo. It was hard enough to mask the fact that I liked him around Rose but even harder to think of something to say to him. Suddenly, I wasn't very hungry. I picked at my food for a few minutes before just getting up and leaving. I was careful enough to keep my footsteps quiet so no one really realized that I had left. I sunk into the kitchen and grabbed a water bottle out of the fridge before sneaking off to the forest trails. I just needed to be alone with my thoughts so I could sort them out.

"Hey are you okay?" I heard someone ask from behind me.

I glanced behind me to see him standing there. OMO! Why of all the people in the camp was he the one to follow me?

"Yeah," I answered trying to keep my voice calm.

Chanyeol raised an eyebrow. "Well mind if I walk with ya for a bit?"

"Um sure."

It was silent for a couple of minutes as we wandered down the trail. It was going to be hard for me to leave the island now that I had seen how beautiful it was. Doesn't really help when there's someone like Chanyeol tagging along with me. Seriously, out of all the people in camp he had to be the one here with me now. I was sure he was just walking along enjoying it all, but here I was trying not to fangirl.

"You sure you're okay?" Chanyeol asked yet again.

"Uh, yeah I'm sure."

"You're face is a bit red," he pointed out.

This made me blush even more. "Really?"

"So is that from the sun or some other reason?" Chanyeol teased.

"Park Chanyeol you can be mean sometimes," I stated.

He now had a dumbfounded look. "What'd I do?"

"Well, shall I name everything?"

"That much?"

"Yeah."

"Hmm. I have a list against you too by the way."

"Oh really now?"

Chanyeol nodded. "It's a very lengthy list too."

I pouted at him. "Sometimes it's just too hard to be nice and all."

"True to that."

We lapsed into a more comfortable silence. I realized that he was an all-around nice guy and it made me like him even more. He was surely living up to his nickname of the Happy Virus. But it was really nice to be around him and it was relaxing in a way.

"So what are you thinking about?" Chanyeol quietly asked after about five minutes of silence.

"Oh, nothing."

He flashed me a smile that made my heart melt. "Nothing?"

"Yes, nothing."

"Hmm. I don't believe that."

"Eh?"

Chanyeol raised an eyebrow. "I just don't."

"That's not a valid reason."

"Really now?"

"Yes really."

"Well, then I don't have any reason."
