chapter 14- the next day

We're loosing her! hurry! DOCTOR HURRY!



isabel-

where am i? where is everybody? why is everything so bright?

I was very confused as i looked around me, it looked like i was in a huge church, maybe perhaps a castle. i was wearing a long white gown, my hair perfectly done in curls, i started walking forward. I felt no fear,no sadness just.. curiosity. I looked far out into the distance and saw what a waited me, a huge door leading to god knows where. I slowly made my way towards the door. happiness rushed through my body as i got closer to the door and put my hands around the door handle. I was about to open the door, but something stopped me. clearly, i could hear luke's voice saying my name. "isabel baby! please don't! come back! YOU PROMISED" I burrowed my eyebrows, half of me said to go on, open the door and leave to paradise! but the other half of me said no, run back to luke! you made a promise to never leave him. I looked down at my hand, and saw the ring that luke had given me, promising i would always be there. I knew what i wanted to do.

Luke ( flashback to 1hour ago)

" OH god.. oH MY GOD" screamed Cindy. I turned from the guy who was laying on the floor from the punch i had given him. Panicky, i looked at Cindy and then down at her, on the floor.. was isabel.. laying lifeless, with no movement what so ever. "OH MY FUCKING GOD" I ran up to her, not caring about the other guys, i held isabel's lifeless body close to me. ISABEL PLEASE! i screamed. 'What Happened?!?" Asked Beau running up to me. The guys who had caused all this problem ran off, "We're not done with your girl asshole." laughed one of the guys, as his partner pushed him away. i shook it away for Isabel was far more important at the moment. My hands were covered in blood, i cried as hard as i could and started screaming. Beau had already called the Ambulance.

luke -We're loosing her! hurry! DOCTOR HURRY!

dct- We're working as fast as we can, please wait outside with your brothers, this takes time.

We were at the hospital, Isabel was dying, slowly but surely she would never come back. Hours had passed and we had gotten little to no updates about Isabel.

luke- doctor! please tell us now, hows Isabel ..hows my baby?!

dct- i"m sorry Mr. Brooks, we've tried all we could.. she's in a coma, she lost a lot of blood.

coma. that word hit me like a bag of heavy bricks. she can't leave me, not now, not ever.

luke- is.. is it alright if i see her?

dct- Of course Mr. Brooks.. i'm sorry to say this but .. i think its best you say your goodbyes.. she might not come back.

I slowly made my way into the cold room where Isabel laid. I looked at her for a bit, and started bawling. she was so cold. she wasnt dead, just motionless. "Isabel.. i love you so much please." i hugged her, and cried. " isabel baby! please don't! come back! YOU PROMISED" I cried harder and harder.

Luke's voice was getting clearer and clearer. once more i looked at the huge door that awaited me, and ran back towards luke's voice. Once i could hear his voice clear, the brightest and most warmest light hit me, and then everything was dark again.

BEEP BEEP BEEP

was the only noise i could hear, along with a slow and quiet weep. i slowly opened my eyes, and saw a crying luke holding my hand and laying on my stomach. 'l..luke" i said slowly. he stopped crying, and lifted his head, he looked right into my eyes and smiled.. "Isabel?!"



I promised you I wasn't going anywhere
