"Letter"

Darren's POV

It's been 2 weeks after my encounter with angel at the library. And since then it's our meeting place. It's not crowded so I won't be troubled with fangirls and specially it's quiet. So angel and I would sit at the very last book shelf and talk in a hush voice.

She's my new found friend.

And it kinda tempt me to ask her why she's wearing the same dress over and over again. She smell good to be honest and the dress looks very neat and she's white and pretty. But I need to tackle it all in so she won't avoid me again.

I'm on my room right thinking of a gift for angel. It's November now guys and I may be a little too excite for gift shopping but Christmas is just one call away! And I don't really have the time to think since my sched is quite hectic. So I won't have any time to spare.

What do girls like? Flowers? Jewelry? Dress? Shoes? Make up? What?

Then my door open revealing lynelle. She ran towards me and jump on my bed. I was lying earlier thinking a gift for my new found friend.

"Kuya! You got a letter!" She said and show me a white envelope. I took it from her and scan the envelope looking for a name but nothing. Only my name and address. I place my self in a sitting position and start opening the envelope.

The paper inside was color baby pink and it smelled nice. I open the letter it says:

Dear Darren,
           
                 Since I don't know how to contact you I will just wrote you a letter.
I think you're probably thinking of a person who would write you this. It's the 21th century and you'll only get a letter if it's a electric bill or water bill or internet etc.
but I only know your address so pardon my inconvenience. I just want you to know that I won't be seeing you at our meeting place cause I will be attending other matters. hope you understand.

                  You can write me back in this address *insert 'your' address ;)* I'll be waiting for it.

I finish reading with a smile on my face. I don't know why I'm smiling! maybe because she made an effort. She could just stop by on my house since she knows where I live.

"Uy, kuya! Lutang ka na naman! Who gave you that Letter?" Lynelle ask peeking from my back.

I face her and smiled. This smile will be the death of me. It just won't disappear! I hand comb my hair and walk over to my drawer and place the letter between one of my favorite books.

"Sino nga kuya?" Lynelle ask again this time she's pouting.

"Si ate angel mo. The owner of that bracelet you're wearing" I said and she immediately look at the bracelet and wore it off. She keep it inside her pocket and run away.

"Told her you lost the bracelet! Cause I'm not gonna give it to her anymore!" She yield.

I chuckled and close the door of my room and lay down on my bed. Hand comb my hair again and let out a sigh.
