"The other side of her"

Darren's POV

The only mistake I did today is making her look beautiful. Now I have to look after her or else someone might steal her away from me. Everyone will now notice her beauty that I was the only one who can see before.

It's only for today. And I have to stand for my decision. Do you know I wasted 25,000 on her? But it's all worth it. I can always gain the money back. But to repay her? I think buying her things is not enough. But for now that's all I can do. My mom was angry at me for spending 25,000 in one day. When I told her the reason she said I should gain it back before this week end.

They already know she saved me. cctv is very useful and helpful. Our front door has a cctv at the side. It wasn't obvious so it catches how the gun man got to our front door. And how angel run to the front door. And also how she run to get someone to save me.
Even though her dress was covered in my blood she tried to get the security guards and told them I was shot and look for a guy who's wearing all black. She alerted them so no one could get hurt anymore. One of the reason why I need to shop her. I stained her favorite dress.

I arrive a few minutes ago from cows milk. She likes sweets and not bitter coffee. She also told me she hates wearing expensive things.

***flashback***

When we arrive across Starbucks she pouted and hold my wrist.i was about to open the door that time.

"I don't like coffee. Even if their cold and refreshing I don't like them." She said. I close the door again and faced her.

"Where do you wanna go then?" I ask her. Her face lift up and thought about it. Till her eyes widen telling me she already thought of a place. She suddenly became jolly and witty.

"I want to go on a ice cream parlor. I want to eat ice cream and other sweet food" she said her eyes sparkling. I smiled and told the driver to go to Rockwell. I know an ice cream parlor there. And that's where we end up.

She ordered at least the twice ice cream and 3 macaroons. In different colors. She picked pink,green and blue. She was cute munching on her food that I can help taking a picture of her. Even though it was candid she looked beautiful.

After eating we decided to just sit there and talk about things.

"I'm not comfortable wearing expensive things." She said when we got to a conversation involving shopping and money.

"Well my job is to look good in public so I can't avoid wearing expensive things. Some are sponsors by the way so nakakatipid ako."  I said

"Do you wanna know what I thought about today?" She said. Looking a little worried about her question. My eyebrows frown and she was just playing with the bottle not looking at me. I cross my arms and lean on my chair. I got this habit. Crossing arms since I was using bandage and it wasn't painful if I'm crossing my arms.

"Okay." I answered and gaze at her

"First of all I wanna thank you for taking me to places and bought me clothes and all the hair and make ups." She said and smiled at me. I return her smile and she continued playing with her bottle.

"But to be honest Darren, you don't have to to this... I mean a sincere thank you would have been enough for me. I don't often wear dresses like this and I don't wear make up also. I'm just a simple girl who likes small and cute things." She said and stare at me. I nod and exhale a big puff through my nose.

"So you're saying you don't like this...um me buying things to you, making you wear glamorous dresses. etc etc etc.." I said and put my elbow at the table and rest my head on my hands.
