Sure, Charles knows everything about you. But you could still hide the fact that you can build a treehouse where you can communicate more with all animals as long as you want. You have one in the forest nearby his home. But that wasn't a secret anymore until you told him so.
Erik
The first time you showed him around your flat, he was surprised enough that you have a piano around the corner.
"Can you play?" You asked him, smiling proudly as you ran your fingers across the white tuts.
"Not really," he shrugged. Sensing something suspicious he asked you back, surprised. "I bet you can?-"
And he was cut off by the soft, soothing melodies of Moonlight Sonata from the piano you played on.
Peter
You take a taekwondo lesson, and Peter didn't know that, until you both were walking at some night and approached by a bad guy. He got a knife and was ready to stab you after you said that you won't give him your money. You kick him in the stomach quickly, even quicker than what Peter does with his power.
"HOLY CRAP (Y/N) YOU TAKE A KICKING-ASS LESSON AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME"
"Actually babe, it's taekwondo."
"THAT'S A SAME THING"
Alex
You can dance, even Salsa and Samba, and it's not really hidden. Alex likes it when you spin around sometimes while you're serving dinner, but he's kinda shy when you pull him up from the couch to dance along with you to your favorite music.
Scott
You can mimic the voice of some Disney characters, such as Mickey and Minney Mouse. It really surprises him and makes him pinching your cheek between his thumb and pointer finger (in a cute way ^w^)
Kurt
You're very good at languages. You are multilingual, and learned Europeans such as German, French, Portuguese, a few Asians and bit of Latin. That wasn't doubtful anymore when you explain how to make a margarita spaghetti like those chefs in tv with Kurt watching you talking fluently in German.
Hank
Hank didn't know that you can sing. He didn't expect that, because he knows that you're always silent while you're busy, just like him. But then, there was this time when he accidentally heard you singing Hey Jude by The Beatles softly when you were fixing his microscope
