Chapter 3 : dm

*Ema's pov*

I was in the little room with steve getting my stuff ready to leave. It's about to be eight so I should get my things together. After I washed the blenders and my hands, I said bye to everyone who still had to work and said bye to steve

"Bye Ema! Drive safe don't forget you work tomorrow and the day after that"

I groan to myself, "c'mon steve!"

"Sorry Ema, deal with it" he said and I heard him laugh. I rolled my eyes smiling and opened the door, "you're an asshole, bye" I said laughing

"Bye!"

I got in my car and went on Instagram to look at my notifications. My pic had over 100 likes, almost 200. I have 2k followers on my Instagram, how? I honestly don't know

I put my keys in the ignition and drove back to my apartment listening to Chance the Rapper still and no, I'm not ashamed.

I found my parking and got out walking to my door. After I went up the stairs and through the hallway, I found my door

I walked in and both of my dogs came running to me. I got down on my knees hugging them and rubbing their stomachs. I went into my room setting my keys on my desk and putting my bag on my door nob

I plugged my phone to the charger, and changed into what I was going to wear tonight. I had on my Motionless in White over sized tee and stayed in my underwear

I went into the kitchen and opened the fridge. All I ate today was cereal and Hannah gave me half of her Mcdonald burger. I'm starving. I grabbed a bowl that had green grapes in it and also grabbed a pizza lunch-able. You are never too old for lunch-ables. Hazel and Smokey followed me to my room and jumped on my bed. I turned on my tv and watched Catfish

I got back up to get a class of water or something to drink when I realized my lunch-able didn't come with a drink. I went into the kitchen and grabbed a Gatorade and jogged back to my room. I had my back against my head board as I watched the show

This show was crazy I thought. I looked over at my phone hearing it go off. I grabbed my phone and unplugged it

I had gotten an Instagram notification.

"@kianlawley wants to send you a message!"

I furrowed my eyebrows. Who's Kian Lawley? I went on Instagram and went to my dm's. I clicked on Kian's text. I was debating wether or not to accept or decline and block him

I bit my bottom lip unsure. I finally hit accept.

I do a half smile to myself, should I be like "who are you?" or play it cool and keep it going?

questions were going on in my head. Maybe I'll keep it going and then tell him I gotta go or something and he'll leave me alone

When I saw Kian had texted me back, I clicked the notification so fast. I don't think I've ever clicked a notification so fast in my life honestly
