I bet that Remus would mutter really sarcastic comments under his breath just loud enough for James, who was sitting next to him, to hear. James would laugh so hard the the whole class turned to look at him. James would say the comment, get a detention, then go back to taking notes. Remus would sit there quietly, taking great pride that his comment made all those people laugh.
