(same time Farkle and Lucas are hanging out)
I know that this movie night is supposed to be more on the date side. But, Riley didn't even tell her dad about it.
"You do realize you are bringing two boys into your house. Two boyfriends into your house. What will your dad say or do?" I ask.
"Relax, my dad already knows they're coming and as far as he knows, we're all still best friends. *winks*" Riley perks.
"What if he walks in and we're all cuddling or... kissing?"
"My mom and dad are going on a date night tonight and Auggie is sleeping over at Raffael's house. Any more questions?"
"Nope. Who knew Riley Matthews was the best schemer around?"
"Hey, people change people right?"
"Yeah, okay..." I say sarcastically.
"Text the guys and tell them what food to get. I've got chips and drinks" She commands.
I pick up my phone and text Lucas.
Me: hey huckleberry, u and farkle are in charge of tacos ;)
He responds soon after.
Huckleberry 😘 : of course
He knows how much I like tacos.
Riley and I go to the living room and set everything up. We move the small table from in front of the couch so there's more floor space. We set up a million pillows and blankets on the floor. I helped Riley set out the chips and drinks.
Topanga comes out to the kitchen, looking directly at Riley "Just so you girls know, you ain't fooling me. I know that this is a date and I know you're dating Farkle"
"Please don't tell daddy!" Riley begs.
"Trust me, I won't. As long as nothing frisky goes on in this house..." she laughs.
"Ew gross mom! I promise!" Riley says, covering her ears.
I just giggle and nod my head. One day Riley won't be so immature about that topic.
Mr.Matthews emerges from the hallway and wraps his arm around Topanga. He guides her out the door and just like that they're gone.
Let's get this movie night started! I want my tacos!

Maya loves her tacos! This story is gonna be happy go lucky the next few chapters, then something not so happy is gonna happen. Something is gonna happen to Riley and it all starts when one girl at school doesn't like Riley. (Girl meets she don't like me)
