MAYA

(End of Senior Year)

Lucas and I have been a solid couple for three almost four years now, Farkle and Riley started dating again last year. They took a break and Farkle went out with Smackle. Zay graduated early and moved back to Texas.

No one has discovered my singing, but me and Thor's dancing talents got out. I now take dance class three times a week. Thor moved back home and takes a hip hop class every now and then. He's the manager of some big name clothing store.

Riley and I got part time jobs at Topanga's, Farkle interns at his father's company, and Lucas works at Target. For seniors in high school, we're doing pretty good.

I had just finished a hip hop class at my studio and I snuck into one of the music rooms. Linda, the owner, told me to lock up. Lucas was on his way to pick me up, but he was running a little late.

I sat at the piano and played. ( A/N: Play Too young by Sabrina Carpenter)

Big lights, people

Rushing to grow up before you know

Stop signs, denied

Everyone tells me I gotta go slow

And It's gonna hurt sometimes,

No matter what you do

But nothing can change my mind

If I'm too young

to fall in love,

Why do you keep running through my brain?

If I'm too young

to know anything,

Then why do I know that I'm just not the same?

Don't tell me I won't, don't tell me I can't feel

What I'm feeling is real

Cause I'm not too young

Rain drops, Deep thoughts

Pictures of you and me wherever I go

Laughing, Running

To a place where nobody says no

And it's gonna hurt sometimes,

No matter what you do

But I've got to fall to fly, yeah

If I'm too young

to fall in love,

Why do you keep running through my brain?

If I'm too young

to know anything,

Then why do I know that I'm just not the same?

Don't tell me I won't, don't tell I can't feel

What I'm feeling is real

Cause I'm not too young

Cause I'm not too young, no

Yeah

And if I'm too young

to fall in love,

Why do you keep running through my brain?

And if I'm too young

to know anything,

Then why do I know that I'm just not the same?

Don't tell me I won't, don't tell me I can't feel

What I'm feeling is real

Cause I'm not too young

Cause I'm not too young, no

Cause I'm not too young

I finished the last note when he scared me.

"Maya! That was beautiful and amazing!" he said.

"Huckleberry you scared me!" I smiled.

"You can draw, dance, and sing!? Why do you have to be so talented?" Lucas asked, kissing my cheek.

"I don't know!" I shrugged, "How was work?"

"Same old, same old. I'm just happy to be here, with you."

"Let's go to Topanga's and study for finals..." I suggested, locking the door to the studio behind me.

We get into his car and drive off.

"Hey guys!" Riley smiles.

"Hi!" Lucas and I cheer.

We go over to the couch and start studying. After two hours, I fall asleep going over algebra equations. I ended up sleeping over at Riley's, but I don't remember agreeing to it.

~~~~~~~~~~
Graduation came around and Riley was valedictorian, but after her speech, she wanted me to say something. Instead, I wanted to sing.
I sang my song The Middle of Starting Over ( A/N: play song here), because graduating high school is another step in the real world, but there are more chapters afterwards. Everyone was shocked that I could sing, some shocked that I would sing in front of people.
Lucas, Riley, Farkle, and I all got accepted into NYU.
I changed my mind again guys, haha! Next chapter will be another jump in the future, I don't know where to though ;)
Did you like it? Let me know!
