"Ladies and Gentleman, the captain has now given the order that walking through the main cabin is now available. If you need to go to the lavatory, you may now be able to. Also, the use of electronic devices such as MP3 players and portable DVD players and laptops is now appropriate. Cellphones may not be used at this time, our flight time will be eleven hours and four minutes, Thank you for choosing Continental Airlines. The airline would like to introduce to you the new entertainment device, the little screen in front of you is called a personal television. You will be able to activate it by using a credit card. Thank you for flying with us, and we hope you enjoy your stay at our destination, Nassau International Airport. Once again, thank you for choosing Continental Airlines." The stewardess said while speaking into the intercom.

The flight was already in the air, and the little TVs in front of us suddenly turned on. I searched for my credit card in my purse to activate it and watch a little TV. The most interesting movie they were showing was 'Crazy, Stupid, Love' which I adored! So, I searched for the channel and started to watch it. It was hilarious!

Two hours into our flight, and my friends were already dead asleep. I looked over to see Amber still reading her book. I sat back in my seat, and searched through the channels, and they were showing Glee. I started to watch it.

An hour later I was still bored out of my mind. I decided to search again, and suddenly they were showing 'I Don't Know How She Does It' with Sarah Jessica Parker. I started to watch it.

In the middle of the movie, I just gave up and fell asleep, since I wasn't doing anything.

After what seemed like a minute, I opened my eyes and soon enough everybody was waking up, signaling we were about to arrive at our destination. I saw my friends stretch and wake up. They smiled sleepily at me, and I waved sleepily at them.

"Your hair's kinda messed up." Danielle said, with one eyed half open and the other closed. She reached out to my hair to smooth it out, but ended up messing it a little more but not on purpose. Then, what really woke me up was the sound of the stewardess again when she said,

"Ladies and Gentleman, the captain has turned on the fasten seatbelt sign, please return to your seat and fasten immediatley, thank you. In this very moment we are making our descending in The Bahamas area. We hope you enjoy your stay. Thank you for flying with us."

My friends and i couldn't be happier.

After our plane landed, we finally made our way out of the airplane and into the Nassau International Airport. I texted my mom: 'Hey, we just arrived to the airport. The flight was long but good. Love you! -Natasha' and then went with my friends and cousin to check-in. We made our way to the area, and saw that the place was a half empty. So we went through check-in quickly, and then made our way to baggage claim.

Our bags came quite quickly, and then we made our way out of the airport. Just breathing that Bahamas air felt beautiful. The wind blew in your face, and there was sunshine all around the place. Not bad for being 2 in the afternoon. Then, a black man in a yellow beach shirt and khaki shorts and sandals waved at us, and was holding a paper that read, 'Ms. Amber Pollz'.

"This way, ladies." Amber said, leading us to the man.

"Ms. Amber Pollz?" He said.

"Yes. I am Amber Pollz, and these three girls are with me."

"Perfect. My name is Patrick and I will be driving you four to The Atlantis Resort."

"Okay, let me help you with the bags while the girls jump in the car."

It's alright, Miss; I can do it." He said while getting her bag inside the car.

"Okay, if you say so. Girls, get in the backseat, I'll go on the front." Amber said as she opened the front passenger side door.

The three of us jumped in the backseat, and waited until Patrick had put all the bags inside. Once done, he closed the trunk, and jumped in the driver seat.

Patrick drove the minivan around Bahamas, until we reached The Atlantis Resort. It was like seeing The Promised Land or something. It looked magical and fantastic.

"Ladies, welcome to paradise." Patrick said, and we smiled most we've ever done. It's not everyday you go to Bahamas with your best friends, right? And without adult supervision.
