After the kiss, Jason and I just laid there looking up at the ceiling, while listening to each other's breathing and holding each other. Then, Jason asked,

"Do you still want to go out and walk by the beach?"

"As long as we're alone." I said.

"Just us two." He said.

"Wait, what time is it?" I asked.

"It's already 7, I don't think there's going to be people on the beach at this time."

"You're probably right. Let's go, then." I said.

We both got up from the bed, and then left my room. "Guys, I'll come back later. Don't wait up for me."

"Sure." They both said while watching a movie on the TV.

Jason and I left the suite, and then walked to the elevator. We got inside, and then pressed the button to go down to the lobby. Once we reached the lobby, Jason tensed.

In the lobby, were standing like five men in suits with ear walkie-talkies. They were at each corner of the lobby, there was no escape!

"Jason, what are we gonna do?" I asked him.

"Follow me." He said.

He ran inside a door that led to stairs leading downstairs. I followed him as we went down the stairs, and then took a left and went through the laundry room, and then went up another pair of stairs and reached the outside of the lobby.

"Wow, how'd you know all that?"

"It's a priviledge to be one of the owners of this place." He said. Then, he grabbed my hand and led me towards the stone path leading to the beach.

The beach looked dark, yet so relaxing. The waves of the ocean's sound, bounced throughout the place. We were the only two there. Jason walked closer to the sea, and then I took off my flip-flops as he took off his shoes. We started walking, with our shoes in our hands, along the shore line. The sand felt cold and wet, yet nice as the water lapped over our feet when a wave rolled in. We walked hand-in-hand throughout the beach.

"So, how was it coming to my rescue?" I asked with a smile.

"It was tough, but I wouldn't keep you waiting for nothing."

"So your dad put all that security just so you couldn't go out and see me?"

"The men you saw on the lobby were nothing. The men who were at my floor, were basically trying to keep me inside like a crazy psychopath."

"Sounds tough."

"It was. I was just going to get you for our date, and when I left my suite I saw like two 'bodyguards' parading around the floor like they owned it. I managed to leave my floor because I hid behind an old lady who was going downstairs with her luggage. I had to hung myself from the bag to keep me from being seen. Then, once the elevator doors closed, I was safe. So I let go of the bag and stood up. Then, once the elevator opened in your floor, I had to run to get to your suite. Then, I knocked but no one answered. And then, like a few minutes later, Danielle opened the door and Amelia told me where you were. I promise I kept checking my watch every five minutes, but I didn't make it in time."

"You made it just in time. I was scared that you wouldn't even show up."

"I'd never promise you something and not do it. I always keep my promises." He said while looking at me.

"I know you do. That's why I trust you, but I'll always have my doubts. But that is something, that within time, will leave."

"So the main goal is to get you to trust me?"

"Well, not exactly, but--" I was going to finish my sentence, when I felt myself being swept off my feet and my head hanged down. I opened my eyes to see what happened, and then saw that I was being carried in someone's shoulder. Then, I was put down in the sand and looked at the stars. Soon enough, Jason's face was right in front of mine.

"Why'd you do that?" I asked him.

"I don't know... I wanted to." He said, and then leaned closer and kissed me. Soon enough, I started kissing back. I felt his hand sneak its way into the small of my back, while my arms wrapped around his shoulders, bringing him closer.

"I think we should head back." I said.

"Do you want to go back now?" He asked me.

"I don't want to, but maybe we should, you know? Before your parents or my friends start to wonder where we are."

"You don't have to do what people think its right most of the time." He said while looking into my eyes.

"You're right."

"I have to tell you something."

"Okay, what is it?"

"I think I'm in love with you." He said. I was quiet for some time, just thinking. I bit my lip while looking into his eyes.

All they read, was love. He just said he was in love with me.

"Are you sure? We just met two days ago. Usually, people take forever to know if they're in love or--" I started talking, but then he kissed me.

"I know it's too short to know, but I am crazy about you. I mean, I've never done what I do with you for any other girl. That has to mean something, right?"

"Maybe, but--"

"But nothing. Natasha, I love you."

"From the moment I saw you, I knew there was something different about you. The way you just opened your heart to me and told me things that I don't think you've ever told anyone before. The way you listened to me tell you the story about my dad and you just sat there comforting me while I told you. How you send me yellow flowers, which are my favorite and I never mentioned that before, before our first date. How, even though we were swarmed with paparazzi, you just thought that I should be safe. The way you also defended me against your dad and you never quit on me, no matter what boundary they put on you. I like all that about you, Jason. And I think the reason why I can't think about anything else since I met you, proves to me that maybe I am in love with you." I confessed. He smiled at me and then kissed me.

"There's a reason why I did all that." He said.

"And what's that?"

"I knew you were something different from the way you told Cameron to back off. I mean, not every girl does that, and that proves why he gets laid every night. But that little action from you, basically showed me that maybe, they're all not the same."

"Just like you showed me all guys are not the same."

"I love you, Natasha."

"I love you too, Jason."

Then, he kissed me and laid down next to me after we broke the kiss. I put my head on his chest, and then he grabbed my hand and then enveloped me in an embrace. Somewhere while listening to his calming heartbeat, I fell asleep.
