After Amelia left to her date with Aaron, I took a shower and got dressed in a light-blue sundress and white flip-flops and walked out of my suite. I had only one thing in mind, I had to find Jeremy and know why the hell he did that to my cousin. Didn't he love her? I mean, I think that maybe it was Ivana's fault, but I want to hear his side before assuming that he was innocent, or had as much blame as Amber thought.

As I walked through the pool area, surprisingly, I found Jeremy standing next to a young woman, who looked to be around 24 or 23, dressed in a black bikini, getting a tan. This girl, resembled someone that I had seen before. She had brown wavy hair and lightly tanned skin, her eyes were covered by huge black sunglasses. Jeremy didn't look too happy by having to stay with her. Then, the girl turned around in her lounge chair, and made her back face the sun.

"Now spray me on the back, please Jer." She said.

Jeremy rolled his eyes, and then sprayed tanning lotion on her back, and legs while she relaxed. "Ivana, you know I have things to do, right?"

"Of course you do. Daddy said he gave you the day to be with me, and we have a lot to do today." Ivana said. So this was the famous Ivana Altamirano.

"Excuse me, Jeremy, can I talk to you for a second?" I interrupted, and he looked up.

"Natasha, hi." Jeremy said, surprised.

"Do you know her?" Ivana asked, with a disgusted tone in her voice.

"Yeah, she's a friend."

"What's your name?" Ivana asked, while looking at me.

"Natasha." I replied.

"Natasha what?" Ivana asked me.

"Why do you need to know my name?"

"Because, I'd like to know who is requesting for my Jeremy when I need him the most."

I rolled my eyes. "Natasha Evers."

"Hold on, you are Natasha Evers? You're the reason why Cameron had that ugly bruise the other day! He came to the suite ranting about how stupid Westin took his girl and then he mentioned a Natasha something, so it must be you. I don't know what you want, but you're not taking my Jeremy away from me!"

"Whatever! But I need to talk to him, go upstairs for a while the sun might give you spots if you lay here for more than a few hours; how long have you been laying here for?"

"...Tw-three hours."

"Oh, honey, don't be surprised if you see a huge brown spot in your front area; it might not be a very pretty sight..."

That was enough to make her pick up her stuff and run like the wind back to her suite in the Royal Towers. Jeremy, then, turned to me and said,

"I don't think you came here to talk to me about the sun, am I right?"

"Definitely not. Can we sit down somewhere shady where I can talk to you?" I asked.

"Sure." He said.

Jeremy grabbed my wrist and led me to a bench, underneath a tent, so it was shady enough. Then, I started,

"Why did you kiss her?"

"Who?"

"Ivana!"

"I didn't want to kiss her."

"Then why did you?"

"Look, it's really complicated whatever happened that night."

"Can you at least tell me what happened?"

He nodded. "Look, after I asked Amber to be my girlfriend, the two of us walked over to Aura, for a clubbing night and to just have a good time together. Then, Amber said she was going to go to the bathroom and asked for me to wait for her in a couch near the bathroom, and I agreed. So, I sat down, and then Ivana came towards me. She asked me who I was with, and I told her with my girlfriend. Then, she leaned closer to me while being half-drunk and whispered in my ear, 'what I'm about to do, your girlfriend doesn't need to know.' and then kissed me. I tried to get away from her, but it was too late. Amber had already seen me. I tried to explain to her that I didn't want to do it and she came to me, but Amber just ignored me. She, uh, said she never wanted to see me again and basically hasn't talked to me since then. I feel like crap after what happened, and then worst part, I didn't even want to kiss Ivana. To me, she is definitely a pain in the ass, but, she's one of my bosses's daughter. I have to treat her like royalty and can't say no to whatever she tells me to do."

"There's nothing you can do for Amber?"

"I've tried calling her room but she doesn't answer, and when they do answer, Amanda just tells me to 'shut the fuck up and leave her alone!' so, calling isn't going to work. I tried going to her room more than once, but my knocks just go ignored. I once tried sending her flowers, but when I passed by her door once again, the roses were torn apart and thrown into the side of the door as if they were trash. I really messed up big time, and now, I don't know what else to do! I love her! But, it seems as if she doesn't love me anymore." He sighed and then lowered his head to his hands. "I'm desperate."

"Maybe it's Amanda the one who's trying to get you away from her, because she doesn't want to see her best friend hurt, just like i'd do if any of my friends were in that situation. Try to reach Amber by herself."

"How can I do that?"

"Not alone, but with my help maybe you can." I said, while getting up.

"What are you planning?" Jeremy asked confused.

"Go to the beach at sunset, and go with a good explanation and a flower in hand. She'll be there at six, I promise." I said, as I left the tent, leaving Jeremy alone to think up a good explanation to Amber to what happened that night. I just hope everything turns out right, because I'd hate to see my cousin broken-hearted by the one who she claimed was so much different than her ex-boyfriend, Tom.
