After we ran from The Dig after spying on Amber's date, we left right when they were kissing, we ran to our suite. It was already four-thirty, and Jason was coming in an hour and a half.
I ran inside and took a quick shower, and then brushed my hair while wet. When my hair gets dry, it doesn't frizz up, instead it stays in waves and on the ends it curls up. I just blow-dried the part of my hair where my bang it, and then put on light make-up and clear lip-gloss. Then, I only had a half hour left, so I quickly ran to my closet and chose a cute light blue spaghetti-strap sundress, and put a tan belt on the waist. Then, I grabbed my tan sandals and put them on. I sprayed some perfume on myself, and then walked over to a mirror and looked at my reflection. I liked what I saw.
"Guys, what do you think?" I asked them.
They came to my room, and they saw me. "You look stunning." Amelia said.
"Thank you." I said.
"You do look beautiful." Danielle said.
"Thanks." I replied. I looked back at the clock, and saw that it was 5:48 PM. "Okay, all we have to do now is wait."
I went to sit at the couch in the living room, waiting until Jason arrived. Twelve minutes later, there was a knock on the door. My heart started to race uncontrollably. I looked at my friends, and they gave me encouraging gestures. As nervous as I was, I got up and opened the door.
There stood Jason with a button-down turquoise checkered shirt and the sleeves were rolled up to his elbows, jeans, a small red rose in his hand, and a huge smile on his face.
"Hi, you look beautiful." He said. He reached out to me and kissed my cheek. Then, he gave me the rose.
"Thank you, you look nice too." I said.
"Thank you."
"Be careful, kids." Amelia said before we left. Jason and I chuckled, before I closed the door.
"How was your day?" He asked, as he took my hand and led me to the elevator.
"I had fun, what about you?" I asked, as I pressed the button of the elevator.
"I missed you." He said, nearly startling me.
"I missed you too," I said. "Thank you for the flowers, they were beautiful by the way."
"Thanks." He said, and led me inside the elevator. He pressed the button to the first floor, and then the doors closed. "What did you do today?"
"Well, I went to the water slides with my friends and I spied on my cousin's date." I said. He laughed.
"Your cousin had a date? With who?"
"This guy Jeremy she met at dinner last night."
"Oh, is he nice?"
"Yeah. And it really did look like they liked each other." I said.
"That's nice," He said. "So not only you has a date, but your cousin as well."
"And Danielle. She just found a guy that is basically Jack from Titanic. It's amazing how much he resembles him."
"Are you serious?"
"Dead serious. I mean, he is blonde with blue/green eyes, comes from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin; he's like everything for her."
"Really? Do you want a guy like him or do you prefer someone more simple?"
"I want someone unique, not much simple or perfect." I said.
"And have you met this unique boy yet?"
