Let's just say that having Richard and Ali as friends isn't so easy. Richard loves cracking dog jokes on me while Ali goes on and on complaining about the school. Orientation was so boring. I felt like the elephant in the room. Sadly my new friends weren't there to comfort me or at least ease the situation.

The countdown to my birthday is making me nervous. There is 125 days until I turn 16. How will I look when I turn into a wolf since I'm half vampire too? Mom is a beautiful wolf. I hope my wolf form is as pretty as hers. Will I even have the ability to shift?

I've been going here for five days and I'm already overwhelmed with schoolwork. The teachers here are rough. They are harder on me since I'm a halfy. My roommate has been cursing up a storm from the cruel workload she gets. Her name is Estella St. James.

Here is how my schedule works. School starts at 8PM and ends at 4AM or 5AM depending on what level you are in. The college students don't have as much classes which confuses me but they do have a lot of work.

Richard told me the names of the couple I ran into the first day. They are Mina and Elijah. Mina is a Senior in high school while Elijah is a Sophomore in college.

Rich explained that drinking blood from the vein is a very intimate experience. It's also a form of a drug if used without caring for the donor. Most vampires drink blood from a bag or not much at all. Usually anything with the same thickness can satisfy the blood thirst. "Have you ever drank from the vein?" I asked him. He shook his head. Then I asked Ali the same question.

She said, "Once with a guy I dated but I lost control and he needed blood transfusion."

Richard is very smart yet really perverted. Whenever I need to tie my shoes around him he either pinches my butt or says something dirty like, "Oh so you do like doggy sex." He teases. I growl at him when he makes the gross comments. So he's stuck to the occasional slap on the butt which is rude but I know he doesn't like me like that anyway. Maybe next week I'll get him to stop. So these are my friends. Hooray.
