Christmas Presents

My uncle stood behind Tyler. "Jonathan, you got me a present?" My voice peaked out of surprise. His signature smirk gleamed on his face.

"Oh course beautiful, if I could I'd shower you with gifts everyday." His answer made me swoon. Gosh he's so sweet.

"Why can't the hybrid be our mate?" Rudi whined.

"Merry Christmas" Uncle Judas said.

"Merry Christmas" everyone else replied cheerfully. Exchanging presents was a lot of fun.

Damien got an old spice pack from Tyler, a $50 gift card to American Eagle from Uncle Judas, a Yankee hat with his name on it from me, Elijah got him a set Indiana Jones DVDs, Mom and Dad got him a $45 gift card to the movie theater, and Jonathan got him a leather jacket.

Tyler got gifts from me, Mom and Dad, and Jonathan. I got Tyler a shirt that says "pink is the new black" with a pink tutu in his size. He liked it and planned to wear it for the breast cancer cure 5k. Jonathan got him a black cape with the letters T.C.M. It stands for Tyler Casey Morison. Of course Tyler loved that. Mom got him a homemade scarf that has a wolf on it. "You're an honorary wolf now. Thank you for taking care of my daughter while she was sick." My mom said with tears in her eyes. I squeezed her hand. Dad got Tyler a blood donor. He gave Tyler a human guy's number. Tyler was grinning ear to ear.

Jonathan got a hoodie with angel wings from my mom. He got a fully furnished apartment from Uncle Judas and Dad. Damien got Jonathan a Klaus from The vampire Diaries T-shirt. I got him a pillow that says, "Together we run, forever we are one pack." Tyler got Jonathan matching best friend bracelets.

Mom got mostly jewelry, lotions and perfumes from everyone. But Uncle Judas got mom a spa gift card while Elijah got my mom tickets to see a broadway show with dad.

Dad got a cooler full of blood bags from Elijah and Uncle Judas. Mom got dad stuff for his car. Damien and I got dad a new suit with a gold tie. Tyler and Damien got Dad a sweater with matching socks.

Finally it's my turn. Elijah jumped up to give me a gift first. He had it wrapped up in a nice red paper with a gold bow on top. I opened it slowly. Inside a black box was a necklace with a silver chain hanging off the chain is a blue heart like from the movie Titanic beside it was a werewolf claw and a vampire's fang. Jonathan glared at Elijah. "Here let me put it on you" Elijah offered. What's with guys and getting me jewelry. They are lucky I'll wear it. The charms on the necklace felt heavy but not too bad. I touched it as it glowed. Oh God two glowing necklaces. What does this one mean when it glows? "I knew it!" Elijah said with glee. He turned me to face him. "We're soul mates." He grinned. I rolled my eyes. Mom and dad looked mad.

"That doesn't change anything, Elijah." I told him sternly. His eyes went wide. Jonathan looked hurt. I walked to Jonathan. "Did my beta get me anything?" I asked him ignoring Elijah. Tyler was laughing like crazy. Damien handed me his gift with Jonathan's gift on top. Damien got me a wolf from build a bear. The wolf was wearing wings and a bikini. "Thanks little bro. I love it." I laughed. Jonathan's gift was a gift card to a nice restaurant. "I can't wait to go with you, Jonathan." I said as I hugged him. Uncle Judas got me a car. Mom and Dad's gift was outside. I ran out to our backyard to find a little cabin. I screamed in glee. It was my getaway cabin that I drew up when I was ten. It looks like a giant doll house. I grabbed Jonathan's hand and lead him into the house. "Thank you thank you" I repeated in glee.

"It's for you and your pack. Please don't make it bigger than ten people." Mom said shaking her head as she followed me.

She gave me a tour of the house. I have no idea how I never saw this. There are four rooms two for girls and two for boys. It has two and a half baths. Best gift ever. Why couldn't this be a birthday present? Best Christmas ever I get a car, my own hybrid pack with a pack house, and lots of other nice gifts. Tyler shuffled his feet as he handed me my gift along with Ali and Rich's gifts. Ali got me hair accessories. Rich got me chocolates. Tyler got me cool graphic tees and a friendship bracelet.

Mom and I baked cookies in the cabin. I love it here. Merry Christmas to all.
