Damien's call

Damien:

I was born normal into a world of horror and fairy tales. My sister is the special one but I'm glad I'm not. I get to go to a normal school and have real friends while she has to start her own pack to have friends. Dani is dad's favorite while I'm mom's.

Today I saw Dani for what she truly is a beast. She is a monster wolf with wings. I'm tired of everyone treating her like she's something special. I'll prove that I'm the special one around here. I'll make my own pack just like Dani.

First I need to find someone to help me. I decided to use my friend's dog for help. So I took the dog's DNA and mixed it with a vampire's DNA, a werewolf's DNA, and a hawk's DNA. Then I put drops in his eyes that would give him super vision. I used a similar kind of drops in his ears to enhance his hearing. I gave him back to my friend when nothing happened.

I heard the door slam shut as Dani came home. A werewolf guy I never seen followed her. He seems pretty important seeing he has the Puritan mark. The mark is just to indicate to others that the werewolf is chosen by nature to lead a pack. "Dani, who's this?" I asked her as she walked to the kitchen. The guy flashed an annoying grin at me.

"I'm Niro, next alpha to the Clermont Tribe." he spoke smugly. I rolled my eyes. Then I went back to watching tv.

"Where's Jon I need him to race with me in Mario Kart!" I shouted at Dani as I got annoyed with the TV. Mom came up to me. She looked scared, no, terrified. "Mom?" I whispered, confused.

"They've come for her." She sounds like a robot.

"Who, Mom?" I turn off the TV, get off the couch, and walk up to her. I helped her sit down. She was sweating. "Dani is home. She's not leaving us." I said what she wanted to hear.

Then I heard Dani scream. I ran to the kitchen and grabbed a long, sharp knife. I opened the door. Dani screamed again, this time louder. Jon and that guy, Niro were fighting on the ground. Dani was in the middle of shifting which during the day is a big no no. If a werewolf shifts during the day, they can't shift back to their human self. I gripped my knife harder. I ran up to the guy on top of Jon and stabbed him in the shoulder.

Suddenly my friend's dog jumped over the fence. He shifted into an evil monster. He grew five times his size. Wings sprouted out of his back. His back paws turned into hawk claws. Muscles grew to form a human body. His fur became white to reflect vampire's paleness. His muzzle was similar to a werewolf's. "Jack?" I asked nervous that it was really him. He snarled at the Niro.

"Back off" I heard a deep voice come from Jack. Niro growled at him.

Dani pushed Niro into the house. "Let me wrap up your shoulder." She tells Niro calmly. Jon wiped off the blood from his jaw. He waved at me and Jack.

"Thanks" he grumbled. I nodded.

Jake shifted back to normal. I grabbed his collar that fell off and led him into my house. Dad and Uncle Judas were arguing about something in the dinning room. I walked in with Jack. They looked up at me. "Hello, Damien" Uncle Judas greeted me.

"Hiiii?" I said in reply. Jack barked happily. I guess he was a success. Maybe if I put the serum I made on him on myself I can be the special one in the family.

"Son, we were wondering if you wanted to be a vampire. Now that you are getting at the age where you will stop growing your father and I was wondering when you would like to turn into a vampire like us." Uncle Judas sounded so smug. I'd rather be a werewolf than a vampire. This isn't the first time we talked about them wanting to change me. I like the way I am.

"Dad, Uncle Judas can we talk about this another time? I have homework to do." I sighed. Jack barked twice. He tapped at my foot with his paw. Oh I forgot he's a schnauzer.

Anyway off to my friend's house to drop him off. I walked over to Jack's house and knocked on the door. My friend opened the door. "Hey man, how did Jack escape?" he asked me. I shrugged.

"Don't worry about it he was good. Anyway do you have another dog I can play with for a little while?" I asked him. My friend led me to his backyard.

There was four dog houses in a half circle. On the left was Jack's dog house. Next to his was a dog house for a boxer named Shelby. On the right was a dog house for a Miniature Pincher named Tiger. Beside his house was a dog house for a Portuguese Water Dog named Sonic. My friend walked up to Tiger's house and pulled the dog out of the house. He carried Tiger over to me. "Bring him back in 2 hours okay. If you're late I'm coming to check on him." He said as he put Tiger on his leash. Time to make more super dogs. I grinned at the thought.
