Meet Niro

Daniella:

I moved to a werewolf school to avoid my uncle and Elijah. Jonathan and I love the pack house. He's like the brother I never had except from time to time we find ourselves in awkward moments. I go to the high school while Jon goes to the community college. So he drops me off and picks me up from school. In this school, they consider me a senior because the vampire school gave me harder work. No one knows I'm a hybrid. Now that my werewolf half is awake I can hide my vampire half scent more.

I haven't made any friends yet and I've been going to the school for two weeks now. The teachers love me because my mom is the beta of her pack and I'm the alpha of my own. Everyone knows about Jonathan. They know he's my beta. My favorite class is gym. I get to use my mix speed and agility against my classmates.

I've been going to the school for a month now and it looks like there is some hope for me. A new kid is coming to the school. Actually three new kids are coming.

No one is as excited to meet them as I am. I was in the library when I saw them, two boys and a girl. The girl is twins with one of the boys. The twins are sophomores while the other boy is a senior like me. They came up to me while I was reading my chemistry textbook. The girl was beautiful and stylish. She has auburn hair in a fishtail braid. Her twin brother has a darker shade of auburn hair. He had light stubble along his face. Their older brother stood awkwardly away from them and me. He has this grungy look to him. His hair is black and he has an invader Zim tee on with jeans that has lots of zippers. "Hi" I said to them shyly. The girl sat down in the seat in front of me.

"I'm Nadine. This is my twin brother Nathan." She shook my hand while Nathan winked at me. I shook his hand as I introduced myself.

"Hi I'm Daniella but call me Dani." I whispered. Their brother moved forward when he heard me. Rudi was whimpering at me.

"We heard so many good things about you. What's it like being an alpha of your own pack?" Nadine asked me with excitement. The librarian shushed her.

Nathan sat down in beside me. He sniffed me against my neck. "Hybrid" he muttered. He pinned me to the chair as he glared at me. "You are a threat to our pack and this school. How dare you come here?" Nathan snarled. I pinched his shoulder making him whine like a puppy.

"You think you can scare me? I can kill you very easily, pup." I snarled at him. His brother stepped froward pulling us apart.

"Nathan, leave my mate alone!" his brother snapped.

Rudi was jumping happily in my head. "Mate" she repeated like a child. Nathan nodded looking at me with sad eyes. I heard the bell saying school was over.

My phone vibrated. I checked it. Yup Jonathan is waiting for me outside. "Would you like to meet my beta?" I asked them, smirking. My mate took my hand in his.

"I'm Niro." He introduced himself shaking my hand. Rudi was giggling like a school girl.

"And I'm out of your league, dude." I winked at him. Then I turned and walked off.

Nadine followed me outside. Jonathan was leaning against my car. He had pilot sunglasses on. Nadine grabbed my wrist. "Two hybrids?" she gasped. I looked over my shoulder to see her brothers.

"Yes, now if you'll excuse me we have to go. It's my turn to make dinner." I snapped at her. Jonathan walked up to us. He towered over Nadine. He growled at her.

"Do you have a problem with my alpha?" he asked her. Nadine let go of me and ran off to Nathan. Niro appeared beside Jonathan. "Who are you, mutt?" He's in a bad mood. Niro smiled down at me.

My heart fluttered. "Jonathan, this is my werewolf mate, Niro. Niro this is my beta, Jonathan. And yes we are both hybrids." I sighed. Jonathan put his arm around my waist.

"Nice to meet you." He grumbled to Niro. "Alpha, let's go I don't feel comfortable here." He whispered to me. I kissed his cheek usually that calms him down for a while. Niro handed me a piece of paper. He winked at me then went to his car.

Jonathan drove us home. I looked at the note. It was Niro's number. I gasped at the monogram the paper was on. It's the symbol of the most powerful tribe in the US. "We need to make our pack bigger. I think my mate is going to break us apart." I spoke in a rush. Jonathan pulled over to the side of the road. He got out of the car. He opened my door and pulled me out.

Then he opened the back door. He pinned me down to the backseat. "Listen carefully Daniella... I want you to forget about Elijah or Niro... from now on I'm your mate." He commanded. I tried to get up but he put all of his weight on me.

"Jonathan" I complained.

"No, Dani, I will not watch you suffer from those guys. I won't stand around and watch you get your heartbroken. Look at what Elijah did to you. I'm not letting history repeat itself with Niro." He spoke with a hoarse voice, trying to hold back tears. Wow he's really worked up about this.

"Get off me!" I growled in my alpha voice. Jonathan obeyed. "As your alpha you will treat me with respect. Now let's go to McDonalds because my plans for dinner won't work now." I wasn't mad at him but I need him to think I am considering he had me pinned down, he needs to learn his lesson.
