  Fun fact about Shin #2: Shin got a large cream colored for his 3rd birthday. He named her Ohana, which means family in Hawaiian, and still has her with him to this day.

"(Y/n)!" He ran over to you and kneeled in front of you and hugged you tightly, while you only rested your forehead onto his strong broad shoulder.

"I was so worried about you... we all were... after you ran away, Yuuka tried to organize a search party for us to find you... She'll be so happy you're ok, I don't think she'll want to lose another close friend after this..." His embrace only grew stronger the more he talked about it.

"I-It... It feels like it's my fault... I've always been a bringer of bad luck... What if it is my fault? A-Am I bringing this torture... t-t-this suffering, this loss to you?" You could hear his voice waver, and you wrapped your arms around him, and you cried loudly.

"NO! It's not your f-fault! Only the murderer is to blame!" You cried horrendously, sobbing loudly. "But it's not fair, why did he have to die?! He didn't deserve this, he was so... sweet! He had a genuine heart! He loved so many people, but was only scared of breaking his tough guy act... WHY?!" You cried out loud, and Shin followed. You both held onto each other dearly, leaning on each other for support.

"It's... It's not fair... He deserved happiness... Why?... Why did this happen?... It... I-it's so hard to live with the fact... that I'll never see his again..." You could still remember the pain and suffering engraved in his face, making you sob harder.

It felt like forever, but you finally began to gain your composure, but the pain in your heart was still there. You looked at Shin and he was still rubbing the tears out of his eyes. You rubbed his cheek lovingly.

"Thank you Shin, for coming here and finding me..." He smiled somberly and nodded. You both walked home, holding hands together. You saw a mob of people in front of the complex's lobby, and when they saw you, they rushed with open arms and tears. Yuuka was the first one to give you a hug, she was crying too. You both stood together and cried for the loss, for Kou.

Gouro smiled sadly and gave a brand new room key, to room 14. You felt a little sad, since it placed a bit farther away from Shin. You walked to your old room, but you couldn't find the courage to go in.

"I-I'll go in for you (Y/n).." Shin offered, and you took it graciously. He walked into your apartment, gathered your most treasured and needed belongings into a suitcase and brought it out to you. The both of you walked together to your new apartment in a somber silence. Shin placed your suitcase in front of your door, and you both faced each other nervously.

"W-Well... if you ever want to talk I can give you my phone number!" He blushed as he gave the suggestion.

"I'd like that..." You gave him your phone and he typed in his contact info.

"B... Bye (Y/n)..." He waved, and gave you a small kiss on your cheek before leaving for his room. You sighed, glad that he came for you. You looked at his contact information and your heart skipped a beat.
