How did I miss
The Truth about You
Lacking understanding

Thank You for
Opening my eyes
Allowing me to see

Removing my blindness
To who You really are
Allowing me to know You
To a greater degree

Thank You for
Opening my ears
Allowing me to hear

Removing my deafness
To hearing Your Truth
Increasing my faith
And setting me free

O how limited was
My knowledge of You
Even though I sought
Persistently

The deeper I go
The shallower my position
For the depths so great
The end unseen

For how could there
Be an end
The vast universe
Could not contain

You are limitless, Lord
In Wisdom and Power
Honour and Majesty

All Your Glory
Would take
An eternity
To reveal
