In my own way?

Is there a time where
I do not first seek Your Will?

Is there a moment when I step
Out of Your Presence?

O My dear Lord
Forgive me of my sin

Forgive me for forgetting
What You have done for me

Forgive me for stepping out
Of Your Perfect Will

Forgive me for not treasuring
Our moments together

Forgive me for living this life
Without first seeking You

Forgive me for not appreciating
Who You really are to me

Keep me in Your Perfect Will
Help me to fulfill Your plan for my life

Keep me on the right path
Finishing the race in victory

In everything that I do
For Your Honour and Glory
