My dear Lord
I would like to thank You
So very much
For all that You have done

Yet another season
Has passed
And You have carried me
Through it

I would not have made it
To the other side
Without You
By my side

O the terrors
In the night
And the attacks
In the day

Almost made me
Stumble and fall

But You, Lord, are
My shield and refuge
My Prince of Peace

You have kept me
Ever so close
To Your side

And brought me up and out
Through it all
In victory

Thank You, Lord
For imparting Your Wisdom
and Grace to me

That I may pass through
This season into the next
