Why is She Broken?

Chapter One: The Girl

Payton is a 16 year old girl that has very bad issues with herself. She was abused by her father, her mother would yell at her for things she didn't do.
At school everyone is rude to her, they push her down, slam her into lockers, they would do anything to hurt her.
She has a twin sister who is practically the opposite of Payton. Her name is Paisley. Paisley had bright blonde hair that was shoulder length, a  little chubby, very social, and was a big girly girl. Payton had black long hair, really skinny, and liked being left alone and didn't talk to a lot of people. Paisley was the popular girl of the school, she was friends with everyone, had a boyfriend.
     Payton wouldn't talk to anyone, she would just sit in the corner of any of her classes and not talk to anybody.
     Payton didn't like life, she felt different from everyone and felt like she shouldn't be there. She started having thoughts of ending her own life when she was only 12. She would only would wear long sleeves shirts and skinny jeans. She has scares covering both of her wrists and both of her thighs. No one seemed to notice anyway so she just kept adding more and more.

     Today is the first day of school. Payton walks into the building.

     All the memories flood through her head.
