Chapter 13

Sams POV

2 DAYS LATER

We woke up the next morning and gathered our stuff. The boys went back yesterday and texted that everything was okay. I said goodbye to my parents and we headed back home. We listened to Pierce the Veil all the way home. The boys were standing out side of my house waiting as we pulled up. Ashley look nervous. We got out of the car and grabbed our bags.

"Whats up? Ash you okay? You look nervous." Chrissy asked. He nodded. Alex smirked and whispered something to Chrissy. She squealed. Ashley's smiled and rolled his eye. I looked at Jinxx confused. I opened my mouth to speak but Ashley cut me off.

"Sam, can I speak to you?" He said. I looked at him and nodded. He grabbed my hand and pulled me away from the others.

"So there is this annual town ball and um...I was...uh...wondering if you...uh...would like to be my...um...date?" He finally stuttered out, looking down at his feet. I giggled and lifted his head up. I looked into his eyes and smiled.

"I would love to." He smiled. I smiled back, lacing my hand with his. We walked back to the others. Chrissy looked at us and ran over.

"We need to go dress shopping!" She said. I nodded. We went our separate ways to get ready. While us girls went dress shopping, the boys are going tux shopping. I took a shower and got dressed. For makeup I only put on lipstick. I slipped on my shoes and walked out the door. Chrissy and Alex walked out a few seconds later. They were whispering to each other. I walked to them.

"Ready to go?" I asked. They nodded. We walked to my car. Alex drove because I had no clue where to go. We pulled up to this fancy dress shop. It looked packed.

"Every girl that is going to the ball shops here for her dress. Because they like to keep the dress a surprise for their date, the tux shop is across town." Chrissy explains. We head into the shop. Greeted by squeals, chatter, frantic females and the cash register dinging.

"let the fun begin" Alex said sarcastically grabbing Chrissy's hand. We walked to one of the very back rack. Every rack we passed had pink and white dresses. We looked at the dark colored dresses. One caught my eye. It was sleeveless with a black top and a red skirt that went down to the floor. I grabbed it and held it up against me. Alex looked over and smiled.

"You wear that Ashley won't be able to keep his hands to himself." Chrissy looked over.

"Try it on!" She exclaimed pulling me over to the dressing rooms. Alex followed. Chrissy pushed me into a room. I put on the dress and smiled.

"This is the one!" I announced looking in the mirror.

"Show us!" Alex said. I stepped out, they gasped.

"Thats definitely the one." Alex said. I smiled and went back to change. After putting my clothes back on I went and payed for the dress. Alex grabbed a dress.

"I think I might get this one." She walked into a dressing room. I sat down on the bench. Alex walked out. I gasped. Chrissy looked at her wide eyed. Alex was wearing a sleeveless black dress.

"You look beautiful, babe!" Chrissy said. Alex smiled.

"Should i get it?"

"YES!" Chrissy shouted. She received some weird looks. Alex looked at me.

"You definitely need to get that." She went back and changed. While she did that Chrissy went and grabbed a dress. Alex walked out and Chrissy went in. She came out in a short dress. The top was a tan color and the skirt was black. Alex's hand flew to her mouth.
