"James! Get your sister up, you're both going to be late for school otherwise!" Tyler yelled up the stairs.
He only received a groan off the older child making him chuckle.
Tyler and Josh had been married for five years now and he is honestly the happiest man alive, they have same arguments which only turn into a cuddle session on the sofa watching Netflix or upstairs in the bedroom (if you know what I mean).
Fifteen minutes later James and the youngest child Katie came downstairs.
Katie happily skipping while James was being the moody teenager he always was.
They adopted James when he was only 10 after Tyler and Josh had gotten married.
They adopted Katie when she was six two years ago.
Josh and Tyler both know that James won't admit he loves his sister but they both know he does as at night when he's "up in his room" he's actually in Katie's room playing dolls with her. It's honestly the cutest.
Tyler stood in the kitchen making breakfast for everyone, as he was cooking Josh walked up behind Tyler wrapping his arms around Tyler's waist making his squeal and turn around.
Tyler smiled and kisses Josh lightly on the lips which he gladly returned.
"Ew! Stop, there's a child in the room!" James shouted making Katie giggle.
"I think it's cute," she stated with her small giggle.
Both Tyler and Josh smiled pulling away, Josh helping finishing off breakfast then dishing them both out onto plates.
After awhile in silence James cleared his throat and looked at his parents "I'm gay," he said looking down.
Tyler and Josh cheered and high fives each with smiles "We're very proud of you James, don't let anyone put you down over it. If I find out they are, I'll get your dad on them," Tyler said with a chuckle.
For the rest of the time they all finished eating putting their plates in the dishwasher.
Josh took the kids to school like he does every morning while Tyler cleaned up.
Tyler is content with his life, he now has a family who he loves to bits and what makes it better is that he is married to Josh.
Josh is also content with his life, he never thought he would ever have a family but now he does and he loves them. He wouldn't give them up even if his life depended on it, and he also had his husband, Tyler.
Josh soon returned home and was greeted by Tyler.
Tyler wrapped his arms around Josh's neck as Josh wrapped his arms around Tyler's waist.
Tyler looked up to meet Josh's eyes as he smiled at him "I love you."
"I love you too," Josh said as he connected their lips together into a loving kiss.
Both boys love each other and their kids.
They're happy and that's all that matters.
