Josh picked up his phone later that day as Tyler couldn't come round because he had things to do after work.

He looked up Tyler's mums contact name in his phone and pressed called.

A few rings later she picked up the phone "Hello?"

"Hello, Mrs. Joseph, it's Josh, Josh Dun. Tyler's boss," he said politely.

"Oh, hello sweetie. How may I help you?" She replied.

"It's about what I told you earlier today, about being Tyler's boyfriend," he again replied politely.

"Oh.. Um yes, you wanted to be Tyler's boyfriend," she coughed awkwardly.

"I know it sounds bad, an employee dating his boss, but I do really love your son.. I haven't had the guts to tell him that," he said a hint of fondness in his voice as he spoke about her son.

"How long have you felt like this? Towards my son I mean," she said taking walking into the kitchen, phone against her ear.

"Well, I've liked your son for as long as I can remember, which is a pretty long time, I've only started to realise that I love him, which was a few weeks to a month ago, m'am," he said with a small fond smile on his face.

"How long have you know my son for? Personally and not just work friendly," she said pouring herself a glass of water.

"Well, he's been working for my company for 4 years now, I've known him personally for 7 months now and they've been the best 7 months of my life," he replied.

He really loves talking about Tyler, it brings a nice feeling and he gets all these butterflies and he just loves it.

He loves the feeling of being in love, so much. Especially, being in love with Tyler.

"What do you think about your future with him? Do you think you have a future with him?" She said raising her eyebrow even though he can't see it.

"I do hope I have a future with him, he means the whole world to me and I'd do anything to see him smile, if we are still together in the near future I hope to marry him and maybe have a few kids with him, because I'm sure he'll be a great dad," he replied smiling.

"Aww, how sweet, I hope you look after my boy or I will personally hunt you down, dig your grave and bury you alive," she said which sounded so innocent but it wasn't.

Josh gulped nodding but he knew she couldn't see her "Yes m'am, so is that a yes?"

"Please, call me Kelly, and yes it's a yes, treat my boy right please," she replied.

By now Josh had a huge grin on his face doing a happy dance "Thank you, it means a lot and of course I'll treat him right."

"I have to go now, it was nice talking to you Josh, have a nice night now," then she hung up leaving Josh standing there with a stupid grin on his face.
