I've done many things and been many places. I've learned that my powers are not glitches. They are portals to other worlds. Other realities. In my travels over the years I've been to many versions of Wonder City. O'Neil once showed me that there are endless worlds out there...but he never told me why he showed them to me. Now I know.
I've seen versions of the city raised by communism, capitalism, theocracy, democracy, and everything in between. Yet I can't say with any certainty that one is better than the other. Each is full of corruption. Each has its own flaw. Yet each world also has goodness inside of it. I've yet to find a world so consumed by evil that it's consumed itself. The closest I've found is the version of the city I was born into. That horrid, retched world that O'Neil ran.
Maybe he was right.
Maybe humans can't do anything right.
Then again...
...I'm not human.
