As my eyes open i see him sitting next to me as my eyes wonder my room i see my grey walls with the warm red curtains battilng to keep te sun out.
"What happened" i ask when my attention turns back to my dad sitting next to me, my dad looks as if he took a swim in a pool filled with disbelief... finally he broke the silence "your mother was right about you."he looks at me and his eyes is screaming with pain
"what do you mean?" I say as i try to sit up to look him in the eyes, the i feel the pain is gone but something with seem to be alot of weight is pulling me down... as I'm fighting to sit up when stong hands move something from behind me.
Finally sitting up i saw a glimpse of something behind me in the mirror as i turn my face to glance behind me, the only thing i can see is some kind of fluff...
Can this be??... "what is happening to me" i ask my dad while he is standing in front of me, his hands are open right there just for me to reach out " let's first see if you can stand up" he says and try to force a small smile...
I nod and put my hands softly in his i try to find me feet at first but then i finally got it!! "I'm standing dad, I'm standing!!" I give him a warm smile and he try to give one back " alii you got to listen to me! You cant tell anyone about this okayy... not even cara" cara is myy best friend we have known each other since i can remember! Well we are neighbours so that is maby how it started??
" okayy dad ... but how can this be happening?" He looks down trying to hide a tear sliding down. " baby girl" he says while looking at me "we have to cover your wings" i look at him with my eyes wide "what will that help they are huge!" He turned aroud and started walking towards my closest he took out my black knitted jersey and handed it to me "put is on!" He barked at me and i quickly did what he said... he gave me a smile i usually get when I'm wrong "told you so..." dad said a bit childish i walked over to the mirror and my wings was gone!!
I turned towards to my dad "but i don't understand??" He walked to the door while he was opening it he turned to me "I'll explain tonight you got to get to school" i follow dad down stairs i mentally gasp when i see daniel still here waiting for me...
Daniel is walking towards me with my cute black and white backpack in his hand he gently hand it to me he is not braking his eyes from me!!I'm totally screaming inside..."we got to go" daniel said smooth with the words sliding of his tong.
It was not a long drive to school and the entire way it was only in silence... daniel and i have a range of rules for when I'm in the car with him...
1. He picks music!
2. I sit in the backseat...
3. I must be buckled up even if he's not!!?!!
4. widows is always closed ( i don't mind)
At school we went in our own ways i went to find cara and he went to he's jerk friends ... oh and he plays football so this mean after school i have to wait and do something while he is at practice , after i found cara we went to our lockers hers is next to mine after i got my chemistry books i went to class cara has history firts so we went our ways...

At lunch i see cara at our table talking to daniel as usual... i walk over and sit down next to cara "hey you how was class?" Daniel ask why is he being sooo nice??? "It was fine i guess thanks?" Cara is giving me the look "stop being mean!" Cara snaps at me and i don't even know why " i wasn't!" I shyly reply and looking down...
Thankfully i forgot my phone in class so i made my why back just before i walked in i saw jake at my table he is standing with my phone in his hand and looking at me "did you forget this?"really why is he asking stupid questions why would i just leave my iPhone lying around? " yess, sorry " why did i say sorry? "No prob" i walk towards him and put me hand out "can i have it back"
a smirk is starting to form on his face oh that beautiful face!! "For a date yess..." i give him a shocked look "you Jake Middelton want a date with me?" I'm sorry but why would my stepbrother 's best friend whant a date with me?? "Yess Alicen i want a date with you" a glimpse of a real smile dance over his lips! I quickly nod my head just to get my phone back..."I'll see youu friday night that is tomorrow at 7 be ready I'll pick you up! Dress nice!" Does he think i don't dress nice? How dare him!!!

The rest of the day went past quite fast! After daniel had practice we went home somehow i fell asleep in the car daniel did not even bother to wake me up... in some way he carried me to my room in his strong arms!!
