"Genesis just text me saying he taking us all out to breakfast." Diamond said waking us up.

I rolled my eyes, tired of his antics and of them getting closer, and started getting ready.

Last night, we went to Ybor City to get some clothes because we literally only had the stuff Ice brought us from her house.

It was just breakfast so I chose to wear something comfortable.

Shortly after we finished getting ready, there was a knock at the door.

"You can't hate him forever. From what I've heard, yall had something real. Don't throw it away because your pride is in the way." Ice whispered to me as Diamond answered the door.

"Hey, G." She said hugging him.

"I saw you on stage last night. Yall were good, but yall don't needa be doing that. Yall worth more than that." He said hugging Ice next.

"This is my son Amias." She said kissing her baby's cheeks.

"He look dope like his moms." G complimented.

He came and stood in front of me.

"Wassup?" I said dryly

"Shit." He said walking away.

We all got in his car as we headed to Beach Bar Restaurant.

When we got to the restaurant we were seated in a booth by the window.

"What's yall's plan?" He asked.

"Hustle and survive." Diamond said

"I want more for yall. Come back to Georgia and we can get an apartment." He offered.

"Why we can't get an apartment here?" Ice asked.

"The twins are too addicted to the streets. That's their downfall." He said making eye contact with me until I broke it.

"We'll think it over." Diamond agreed as our food came.

After breakfast Genesis took us shopping at Brandon Mall.

"I don't need your money." I said as we both pulled out stacks to pay for my clothes.

"Chill out. Just please let me do this." He begged.

I blew out but I didn't stop him.

By the time we got back to the hotel it was late in the afternoon.

"Silver, will you ride with me somewhere?" He asked.

I started to say hell no until I saw the look my twin and her girlfriend were giving me.

"Let me change clothes." I said getting up.

After I changed, I just got in the car with no questions.

I was so nervous the whole car ride. Silver looked good even without trying too hard. I just wanted her back.

I pulled up to the park on Hillsborough where it all started.

"Why we came here?" Silver asked softly probably remembering everything from our first kiss to her first deal.

"I just need to talk to you." I said walking her over to the benches.

We sat down and I pulled my letter to her out my pocket.

"Silver, you mean the world to me. You always have. When we first met, I was struggling to take care of myself and Gma. It was nights when you came over and helped me with that. It's always been us together, us rocking. As we grew older and struggled more, it was clear that I would've never survived without you. You warned me when niggas that I thought I was cool with plotted against me. It was nights when you were laid up scared I'd never come back. I'm sorry for all that stress, the tears, and tbe worry. It's been countless times where you pulled the trigger when needed with no hesitation. It's been countless times you fought bitches just because I needed you to. Like all I had to do was say jump and you was jumping with me.
It's been times where, I fucked up and made you cry. It's been times I hurt you. I just think back on waking up next to you and you cookingfor me. Like you really made sure a nigga was straight. You just allat and more. You're the most beautiful female I've ever seen. Can't no hoe touch you or be better than you in my eyes. You done so much for me and I'm so appreciative. I see you lil mama. I do. I want to say I love you because you went above and beyond for me. You always had my back. I know I hurt you so bad by leaving, but I want to make it up to you. I have to. I can't let you get away again. I'm so sorry Silv. I love you and I want the chance to show you. Let me hold you down."

I read my letter to her and when I looked up she had tears falling hard.

I sat next to her on the bench holding her and trying to calm her down.

"G, you hurt me so bad. You just left me." She cried.

"I know baby. At the time. I thought it was the right thing to do. Just let me love you. Give me another chance. I was young and dumb. I'm on grown man status now." I begged her.

"Okay." She said through her tears.

I pulled out a black velvet box and popped it open revealing a silver ring.

"Wear this ring. It symbolizes our love and commitment. I'll never leave you. I plan to marry you as soon as you're ready." I said.

She smiled and let me put the ring on.

Right on cue a little boy ran up to her giving her some roses.

I broke him off a band and he ran away.

"Silver you're the Bonnie to my Clyde. Together we're invincible." I whispered

She grabbed my face in her soft hands and kissed me.
