23. Our Night

Jungkook POV

"Aw, so sad, why would you bother walking to school when you can go by car?" Luna said, smirking at all of us, not noticing my presence.

"Luna, watch your mouth" I went to the front so that she can see me clearly.

"O-oppa, I didn't see you, I'm sorry" She said, avoiding eye contact. "I didn't say that to you, I promise, I said that to everyone but you" She said with her eyes shot open.

"They are my friends, if they are teased then that means I am teased too, that's what friends for, ah, I don't think you know the feeling of having true friends, don't mind me, you won't understand" I said, defending them as they watch me in awe.

Yeah, I'm cool, you should pay my lunch later *smirks*

Nayeon POV

"Yes! Calculus test have you study?" I asked Jungkook who daydreamed since we enter the class.

"O-of course, I-i'm diligent you know" He said, stuttering, when he lies, he make it more obvious.

I squirt my eyes and glared deeper at him, "Aish, okay, I haven't study yet" He confess.

"Busted!" I said, feeling relive that he didn't lie.

"You know I'm too focus on studying chinese and-" "Alright, clean your table, I'll distribute the paper" Ms. Go said.

"Oh no, I'm in a big trouble" He sigh.

~An hour later~

"That was easy" Chanyeol, Taeyeon and I walk to the cafeteria with Jungkook, following from behind.

He looks like a zombie, probably because of the test.

"Jungkook! Quickly" I said as I grab his hand. "I'm worried about my test" He sigh deeply, quite audible.

"Just relax and be confident, you do fine" I said, receiving a slight smile from the latter.

"Let's go" I move my hand to his arm and another on Chanyeol's.

"Today's menu seems delicious" I said, slurping the noodle.

"Of course, this is Jimin's favorite anyway" Taeyeon said, poking Jimin's shoulder lightly.

"Ooh, you get to know each other, isn't that sweet?" I said, teasing them as their cheeks become crimson red"

"Both of you look cute together" Chanyeol added.

"That's not it, we are not a couple" Jimin and Taeyeon said in unison which make it more clear that they do look like a couple.

"Busted!" Jungkook, Taehyung, Chanyeol and I giggled and thr latter just grinned in embarrassment.

"Do you want to sleep over tonight?" Jungkook said, offering me the honor.

"But-"

"We did this when you first came, we used to live together, remember?" He said, talking about our first meeting.

"O-oh, yeah, that seems promising" I said grinning as my cheeks turn bright red.

"Ooh, so before you were thinking-"

"No I didn't think anything, so go home, I'll pack up!" I said, pushing him out of the house.

That was close, I almost thought something bad like, S, not gonna say it.

Urgh, how embarrassing.
