Alexei's POV:"Hey o Alyosha!"
Anastasia pounced on me.
"You wanna play cards?"
"Not now Anya, go away."
"What about tag?"
" I don't want to play now. I'm thinking."
"Oooh, I see. How about now?"
"No."
"Now?"
"No."
"Why?"
"No."
"Are you only going to say no?"
"Yes."
" Yes isn't no! I win!"
"No."
"Ugh! You're no fun! Don't you want to go-"
"No."
"Fine, I'll leave you alone with your thinking."
She left with a humph and was on her way.
I stared out the window at the water. The sky was grey and blank, basically how I felt. I was overjoyed at Ileana's acceptance my proposal, but it didn't hold the same power that an official betrothal did, which I now realized we would both have to somehow avoid for the next four years. And that irked me, and made my head hurt.
I looked outside I saw the sun peaking out across the nothingness. Maybe, it would be alright. Hope.
