I had been spending most of my time lately trying to learn Russian, and surprisingly I was actually making progress. I hadn't told anyone of my engagement, so I wasn't sure whether I should tell anyone about my trying to learn Russian. I was sprawled out on my bed with the book from the library learning phrases when Ecaterina walked in.
M'lady, what are you studying?"
"Oh! Um-"
"I'd gladly help you with whatever it might be, that is if your highness would like it to be so."
