Yuki walked through the aisle, pulling her basket behind her. It felt good to be out in the real world. She hadn't been out of the house forever. In her basket she had two fruit parfaits, and ingredients for rice omelets. Even though she had no cooking talent at all she still tried so maybe she would make ramen. Zero liked ramen, she smiled at the thought almost forgetting what had happened earlier. Suddenly she heard her name being called. Looking up quickly she was pulled into a hug. It was Yori and her boyfriend Kaito.
"Guess what!" Yori yelled excitedly.
"What?" Yori held up her left hand proudly displaying a simple gold band with a small diamond.
"Eeeeeek!" the two friends squealed together jumping up and down.
"Oh my gosh! You're going to be married!" Yori's hazel eyes were filled with joy.
Suddenly Yuki's knees went limp and buckled underneath her as darkness clouded her vision.

An hour or so later Zero finally decided to check on Yuki. This was the part he hated, not him apologizing but her constantly forgiving him. She always assured him that she was fine even though she obviously wasn't. He stepped up to the bedroom and pushed open the door.Yuki was nowhere in sight, but she never really left the house anymore. The room was cleaned up and the bed was set. She had actually left him, well good for her. She deserved better but he still couldn't help from feeling empty. Anger welled up inside him as bloodlust overwhelmed him.
