Ashish's POV

It was evening. All of us were playing football at a ground along with some other people. Slowly, heavy clouds started covering the sky, turning the environment a little darker. The sky was pale black looking peaceful. Heavy thunderstorms started occurring and soon it began raining heavily.

People on the street beside the playground started running for the shelter, but we continued playing. Instead of playing, Naina, Shruti and Preeti along with some others started hitting the rain water on the ground with their legs, splashing water on each other. I felt like the entire world stopped seeing Naina at that moment. Everything stopped except her, dancing in the rain. Frankly speaking, she was not dancing, she was jumping like a crazy girl but was looking adorable.

I involuntarily went towards her and extended my hand. Water was dripping down from the edges of her nose and chin. Her hair stuck to her face and neck due to wetness. She gave her hand to me and we both started dancing. I was feeling ecstasy dancing with her. Suddenly, someone started calling me patting on my shoulder, but I didn't turn, instead, continued dancing. Again, the person called my name, this time a little loudly. Wait! This voice belongs to Naina. Before I could turn and see who that person was, someone shook me hardly and I opened my eyes immediately.

Oh! It's a dream. But, what was she doing in my dreams? Why the hell did I dance with her? Yeah! I could have known that it's a dream at that moment when she accepted to dance with me without saying a single word against it. She sure can't be that nice to me in real.

"Ashish!" She shouted again.

I raised my head and glanced at her. Then realization hit me that I was sleeping on her shoulder.

"Hmm! I might have leaned on your shoulder during sleep. I didn't lean intentionally," I said, rubbing my eyes.

"Dear! You no need to explain her anything. She kept throwing your head away angrily whenever you leaned on her," the lorry driver said. I swiftly turned to my left and glared at her.

"What did you expect then? That I'll sing a lullaby for you, patting your head?" She replied after a bit of silence.

She's enough to make me embarrassing. I should make sure that I shouldn't be nice with her and shouldn't give any chance to her to retard back.

"Will she be like this always?"  the driver asked. I turned towards the driver with a questioning look. "She almost ate my brain in the entire journey."

"Yeah, that she do's always," I replied to him and turned towards Naina. "Didn't you sleep?"

"No, she didn't," the driver answered instead of her and earned a glare from her.

"I kept talking because to keep you awake uncle and so that you won't get bored. What if you fell asleep when driving?" She retorted back.

"I was just kidding child," the driver replied to her.

"Like seriously?" I rolled my eyes and asked her with disbelief.

She scrunched her eyebrows for a second and said, "Whatever! I woke you up to tell you that we are near to Ooty."

"Okay," I replied and glanced at my watch. It showed 9:35 a.m. I checked my phone and there was a message from Manish which has the address of the resorts which was going to be our accommodation for the next one week.

In next 15 mins we were in Ooty. We payed ₹1000 to the lorry driver and took a cab to reach the resorts.

It took 30 mins of drive to reach our destination. We asked the driver to stop the cab a little far from the resorts so that no one notices us. Then I called Manish to come here so that we can get inside without any trouble. He came along with Preeti and Rehan.
