19. Friends?

Hola!!
Sry for the late update.
I was trying to update from last Sunday onwards but my wifi wasn't supporting me. It comes for 5 mins and stops working for the next 5 hours or even 2 days...😢
Anyways here is the next chapter. Hope you guys enjoy it.

As usually the next day Naina got up and went to shower after playing the songs in the home theater, which has been her routine from the time when she was a kid.

After changing herself into a simple track pant and a crop top she came out and  continued dancing and singing loudly along with the song in her room. Flash came to her running and started dancing along with her. She took Flash into her arms and they both continued dancing for 'Cold Water by Major Lazer & Justin Bieber' in her old form i.e., crazily.

On the other side Ashish was sleeping soundly in his room as he slept lately the previous night, as he got indulged in preparing the presentation that he has to give for his clients about his new company and work, which he is going to start in the coming week.

He opened his eyes getting exasperated to the sound of loud music. He tilted his head up to peek at the clock and noticed that the hour hand was between 9 & 10 and the minute hand on 8.

"God! Who is playing songs this early and that too this loudly?" asking this to no one he plopped his head wearily onto the pillow.

After a second he got up from the bed and went towards the patio door which leads to the balcony that has a wide area covered with grass and a few pots. He moved the curtain away, slid the glass door and went towards the glass railing to find the source of the music.

He noticed that the songs are coming from the opposite house or to be precise from the opposite room. All the houses in the colony have same design so the opposite room and balcony reciprocates the same as his.

In that room, he spotted Naina who was dancing dramatically with Flash, singing along with the song.

"Oh God! She never changes," he said wearily, face palming himself.

But you are finding it cute, isn't it? His conscience countered back.

His phone started ringing in his bedroom. Rolling his eyes, he went inside and came back talking to someone on the phone. He continued talking, with his eyes fixed on her.

"Okay! We'll meet you today then. Bye!" saying this, the person from the other side hung.

"Bye!"

"And although time may take us into different places, I will still be patient with you... And I hope you know. I won't let go," Naina sang along with the song.

"Ashish?" Manish came to him. Manish burst into laughter seeing Naina.

"Are you mad?" Ashish asked, eyeing him as if he is a weird person.

"You know, it's not a good thing to stare at a girl," Manish said, controlling himself.

"I'm not staring. I'm just watching her dance," Ashish replied.

"You keep watching her dance all your lifetime," Manish replied, earning a glare from Ashish.

"Will she wake up the entire colony daily?" Ashish asked, to which Manish gave a confused look.

"I mean with her singing and music," He added pointing his finger towards her room.

"Nope. Why?"

"Because she disturbed my sleep when that loud music." Ashish replied with a distasteful tone.
