UGH! IT'S BEEN DIFFICULT TO CONTINUE ON BUT I'M TRYING.. DON'T THINK I DON'T CONTINUE BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO BUT BECAUSE I'VE LOST MY INSPIRATION.. I CONTINUE ON TO PLEASE OTHERS AND AM WILLING TO TAKE SUGGESTIONS FOR MY STORY.. I WANNA KNOW WHAT YOU THINK WILL HAPPEN.. SHARE WHAT YOU THINK TO ME, MESSAGE ME, COMMENT ON IT.. REMEMBER; SHARE, COMMENT, VOTE AND ADD TO YOUR READING LIST!

My eyes were opened by force. I couldn't force myself to have a dream about Jeremy. The dream had nothing to do with what really happened to him but I didn't want to think of any possibilities of him actually going through that.

You know when they say that you should think of the worse possibility and when you actually find out what happens it isn't that bad?

Well, I don't want to think that way. I don't want to imagine Jeremy in a dark ditch bleeding to death, or his body being in the bottom of the ocean floor, not even him laying down in some cheap motel... I just don't want any of those awful thoughts in my head about Jeremy.

"Jessica?" I knocked on her door.

"Come in." She didn't even bother looking who had entered her office.

"I have something for you." I gave her the paper with the numbers.

"What is this?" Confusion was read all over her face. "What am I suppose to do with this?"

"Do you remember the case that Ben took away from me?" I hope she remembered.

"Of course. Your point being?" She sounded annoyed.

"Well, I went to go talk to the caller because we're friends and she told me about a paper Jeremy gave her. She thought it was a phone number but it wasn't. He gave her a scared look when he handed it to her and she thought it might be important. I thought maybe this could be a clue to what it is so I brought it to you." Not making it so long I left unimportant details out.

She placed it on top of her desk and went back to doing what she was doing before I interrupted her. It's like she wasn't herself today.

She looked up, "Is there something else you'd like to tell me?"

"Um... no. That was it." I started backing away from her desk.

"You can go now and get to work." She continued with her work, "and shut the door."

Something was up with Jessica, but what could it be? Yesterday she was alright and now this is up?

"I think I may have a clue to where he could be." Ben came running up to me.

"Who?" Ben was even acting weird.

"Who else? Jeremy!" He dragged me to my desk.

"I thought you were dismissed from this case." I was confused.

"What? Not that I'm aware of.. am I?" Ben started freaking out.

Should I tell him? Maybe if I told him he wouldn't tell me what his theories were. I'll let this play along.

"Oh no, sorry, my mistake. Continue." I let it slip.

"Well you said he was going out of town and I did some digging. I checked records of his vehicle, where it went, where it was found, basically anywhere involving the vehicle. However, I didn't find much so then I checked on his credit card records. Like I suspected nothing as well. I was in a dead end, but it wasn't all bad because It encouraged me to continue looking. You also informed that he wasn't alone, he had gone with friends and not only is he missing but one of his friends is as well. I investigated on that. It turns out he had gone with Jeremey the day he went missing. It wasn't Jeremy who was driving, it was him, they kept quite of where they were going."

Wow this is truly something.

"It hasn't been the first time he's gone "missing". I've talked to his wife about him and she says he goes out for days and doesn't return till weeks later. She says it's normal but he's never taken anyone else with him, that's the freaky part. I also asked where he usually goes but she doesn't know, all she knows is the town but not exactly where. To our luck he visits a small town named Reserve in New Mexico, that's 5 hours away!"

I was so impressed, Ben really knew what to do.

"I checked what happens in Reserve, but there isn't much to it." He stopped talking.

He didn't continue, "Was that it?"

"Yeah.. That's as far as I got. I didn't know what else I could do. I searched that small town 3 times and nothing came up that could fasinate them to go there."

I had an idea, "Why don't we go visit? Maybe online there wasn't anything but once we go we could find some cool places that aren't online. What do you say?"

A smile formed on his lip, "Sure!"
